The airport is 20 minutes away, the beaches and Alicante City are 10-15 km away, as well as 3 km to San Vicente del Raspeig (60,000 inhabitants, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, outlet centers and everything else) City makes up).
The holiday properties are on a 4,500m2 plot surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.
A very large swimming pool, a games room with table football and pool table, a sports / football / tennis court, table tennis and bocce court and a children's playground make this holiday complex a holiday paradise for the whole family.
Around the swimming pool is a built-in pergola with an outdoor grill, bar and dining area.
The property is not visible and has a phenomenal view of Alicante, the mountains and the sea as well as its own parking spaces on the property.
