Three room apartment (70sqm) with a large roof terrace in the countryside and yet centrally located. Spacious bathroom with bathtub with a direct view of the sky, small kitchen and chic dining room,
as well as a cozy bedroom with double bed (160cm) and large living room with additional sofa bed
 to feel good. Shops are within walking distance, the city center is just under 15 minutes by bike or bus. , Autobahn connection to Wolfsburg or Hanover in 5 min.
Parking in front of the house. Sauna can be used for a fee.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut. Allerdings ist es nicht so eine gute Idee, die Heizung im Winter tagsüber runter zu fahren, wenn man ältere Gäste hat. Das Energiesparen ist grundsätzlich zu begrüßen. Allerdings wird das Flutlicht zu schnell abgeschaltet und die Aussenlampe vor der Eingangstür lässt die Haustür und die Stufe im Eingang im Dunkeln. Gefahr fürs stolpern und fallen

Es war ganz wunderbar. Alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur eine Dusche hat uns gefehlt, da der Einstieg in eine Wanne für Meine Mutter schwierig ist! Vielen lieben Dank

Schöne Wohnung im Grünen
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war im Vorfeld problemlos, die Begrüßung herzlich. Es waren schon Getränke kaltgestellt und frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Alles sauber und funktionell. Super Balkon/Terrasse mit Blick in den großen Garten und den Wald dahinter. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte (wir waren 2 Wochen dort).

Kleinod in Querum
Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit einer fantastischen Dachterrasse. Überaus liebenswürdige Gastgeber, die uns mit köstlichen Erdbeeren und wunderschönen Blumen aus dem Garten begrüßten. Der Austausch und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberfamilie war sehr herzlich und reibungslos. Die Wohnung lässt von der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Innenstadt und Riddagshausen sind problemlos zu erreichen. Dies wird sicherlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dieser fantastischen Ferienunterkunft bleiben.

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung zum wohlfühlen mit netten Gastgebern. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten die großzügige Dachterrasse mit Blick in den wunderschönen Garten genießen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung für entspannte Tage
Moderne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit toller Dachterrasse in ruhiger Lage. Eine Dusche im Keller kann zusätzlich zur Badewanne mitgenutzt werden. Freundliche und problemlose Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir haben mit dieser Ferienwohnung einen Volltreffer gefunden. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich gewesen und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war viel besser als wir es gewohnt sind von anderen FeWo's. Wir sehr dankbar für die schönen Tage in Braunschweig und die FeWo hat sehr dazu beigetragen :)

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Stadtrandlage von Braunschweig. Das Zentrum und umliegende Städte wie Wolfsburg oder Hannover sind gut erreichbar. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter.

Stadtbesuch oder Kultururlaub
Die Fewo ist sehr geräumig mit schöner Dachterrasse. Trotz Lage am Stadtrand (Querum) erreicht man schnell das Zentrum von BS und ist schnell auf der A2, um das Umland zu erkunden. Nette Gastgeber.
