The quiet apartment in the "Bermudas" complex is located in the first row directly by the sea and at the quiet end of Playa de Gandia. The 4 km long and 50 m wide, very well-kept, fine sandy beach seduces you to take long walks on the beach and is ideal for playing and swimming for children and adults. The apartment offers many advantages: the sea is at your feet with a 180 degree panoramic view of the wide bay from Denia to Cullera, nearby there are restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc. The resort has direct access to the sandy beach, you only cross a foot and bicycle path. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2017 and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large covered terrace with a glass front that opens and a wonderful view of the entire beach. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table for 6 people and 40 "TV (with German satellite program) and WiFi. The complex has a spacious communal pool with terrace, 2 tennis courts, 1 padel court and garden. The apartment also has a garage space, which is located in the "Bellavista" building opposite. A really nice place for a relaxing vacation.

Marjal de Gandia Nature Classroom and Parpallo Borrell Interpretive Center are also worth visiting.
