Shop 20 km, grocery 800 m, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, thermal baths "Bad Kleinkirchheim Römerbad" 19 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, skisport facilities 2.5 km, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Turracher Höhe, Bad Kleinkirchheim - St.Oswald, Falkert. Hiking paths: Nockberge. Please note: car recommended. The house is in a forest area. There is another holiday home right next to it. Asphalt driveway to the house!

Floor heating. Wooden floors. Barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer, logs (extra).
