There is an outdoor parking space for your car at the house. Bicycle stands are available in front of the house. Along the promenade you walk towards Hotel Neptun and Alter Strom. The Alte Strom invites you to stroll and relax with its restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Enjoy the wonderful flair of the Warnemünde seaside resort. The Warnemünder landmark lighthouse and tea pot lie along the promenade.

This 3-room apartment for 2 to 6 people is just a few meters from the beach. The apartment offers two balconies facing south, one balcony can be entered via the living area, the second balcony can be reached via one of the bedrooms. The living room with a view of the Arankapark is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, radio, flat screen TV and dining area. At this level there are also the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. The half-open kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishes can be reached via a few steps. The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine completes the apartment. The apartment has WiFi. Outside there is a parking space and a basement for bicycles for the apartment.
