This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath upper level condo for a maximum ot two people. It has been remodeled throughout, is newly furnished and equipped also very comfortable and located in well maintained lush Ekahi Village.

The unit is air conditioned with a Lanai off of the living room and the Bedroom, there is also wireless internet and no extra charge for parking.

The condo is close to the beautiful Keawakapu and Ulua beaches, only a one minute walk to swimming, snorkeling, diving, coastal trail affronting much of Wailea, enjoy walks and sunsets through beautiful gardens, and a short drive to up scale restaurants and shopping.

Another Amazing Time

We had another wonderful stay in this beautiful Ekahi Village condo. Communication with the host was stellar, and everything we needed or wanted was at our fingertips. This was our second stay in this condo, which is in the perfect location. As soon as we get home, we will plan the next trip! Thank you!!!

We have stayed at Ekahi two other times and this was the closest we’ve been to the Beach/ main pool. Which is why we chose this particular property. We love to swim in the ocean and lay by the pool. My husband is an avid BBQer and likes talking to others around the BBQs. A couple things to note, this property is a little dated and the lanai has a nice view when you are standing, the bougainvillea needs to be trimmed because it has a lot of dead branches that are blocking the ocean view. I wished that the patio furniture was more comfortable. The bed was very comfy and shower was nice size. The toilet could be updated as well. The kitchen is adequately equipped but the utensils that you use for cooking are of lower quality. The AC in the bedroom is very noisy. But all in all we enjoyed our time At Ekahi and will return because of the location and how well the property is maintained and friendly staff.

Nice escape

Just like a home away from home. The appliances and kitchen supplies were great. The bed was so big and comfortable. The proximity to our favorite beach was ideal, since we usally have to drive to it when we stay somewhere else. We plan to go back this spring.

Fabulous location - rained a bit!

Totally the best

Amazing property amazing vacation amazing host! This unit is equipped with high quality, and all you need supplies! Bob from day one responded right away and took care of all our needs! We could not have asked for a better vacation!! When you open all the windows, you don’t need to use air conditioning, we use the air only on the first afternoon we arrived. We woke up to the sound of birds and smell the ocean air. This is what a Maui vacation is all about. Mahalo Bob!!

Relaxing stay

This was basically the perfect Hawaiian vacation. The location is great for snorkelling, laying on the beach, hanging out at the pool, or just chilling in the condo. Or, maybe doing all of those things on the same day. If you need to leave, the location is easy to navigate to and from. The unit was extremely well stocked and there was nothing we lacked. We are looking forward to when we may be able to stay here again in the future

Wailea/Kihei Condo

Beautiful second story condo unit in well-appointed complex. The condo is tastefully furnished with higher quality furniture. We especially loved the lanai and after a day of activities, lounging in one of the 3 nearby pools. The main pool complex was amazing with a large kitchen and covered dining area. The lawn surrounding the pool overlooks a sparsely populated beach. Definitely will return! Only drawback was carrying large suitcases up the stairs, but it was worth it!

Great spot for our getaway!

Enjoyed the amenities of the Ekahi Village community: pools, shuffleboard, pickleball, gorgeous grounds, etc. And our unit was perfectly situated to be close to the beach and Pavilion, a nicely stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, great beach chairs, towels, umbrella. And handy washer/dryer too. South facing views and sunsets were lovely. Had a lovely week and getaway.

Very very nice property. Condo is well equipped with all kitchen equipment, 85" flat screen TV and even stuff for the beach. Communication with the owner was great.

Dreamy -- in all ways

To start, the location is both beautiful (the grounds!!) and functional (a good jumping off point for beaches north and south). The condo itself was exactly as pictured / advertised and very well-stocked with essentials like kitchen utensils, extra towels, and ways to store leftovers. Plus, an ice maker in the freezer! The king-sized bed was super comfortable (wanted to take it home!) and my friend slept on the pull-out couch, which she said was comfortable also. Since we both have finicky backs, we were thrilled. Communication was fast, easy, and friendly -- it was all simply wonderful. Can't wait to be back next year!

Nearly perfect.

We would definitely consider staying in this condo again. It has a great spot in the Ekahi Village complex. Close and direct walk to the beach, pools, and pickleball court. If the lanai faced the ocean directly, instead of from the side, I would have said perfect.
