From the moment you enter this home you will notice the openness and welcoming feeling. This home has been completely remodeled. The entire entryway, Family Room, Kitchen area is ceramic tile. All new granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms. All Bedrooms and Baths are Vinyl Wood Planking which is perfect for anyone with allergies. You won't find a more immaculate home anywhere. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and Ceiling Fan. The master BR has a 50-inch flat screen TV, the En-Suite has a 40-inch flat screen TV and the other bedrooms have 32-inch flat screen TV's. The Family Room has a 55-inch flat screen TV. The home comes with free wireless internet/cable TV. Modern appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. After a full day at the park you and the family will want to relax in your private pool. Don't worry about bringing Beach Towels they are included. Take advantage of the barbecue grill on the lanai and eat at the patio table which seats six. You won't have to worry about any neighbors staring at you. You will look at a beautifully landscaped hedge in the back and no neighbors on the other side of the hedge. If the kids are still not exhausted from the day at the park, steer them to the Game Room in the Garage where there is an Air Hockey Table, 8-ft Pool Table, 40-inch TV, a Basketball Pop-a-shot and Bean Bag set. For those who enjoy exercising, there is a Schwinn Elliptical Machine. Or you can come inside and enjoy a movie in the family room. There are DVD's, CD's, DVD player and stereo. Once the kids are settled, Mom or Dad can enjoy the new huge walk-in shower (completed 10/2019) in the Master Bedroom. We also have a Pack and Play. There are plenty of character dishes in the cabinets for the kids. If you want to take a break from visiting the parks you can take advantage of the huge Community Pool with hot tub, Jacuzzi and splash park. The club house offers Pool tables, Ping Pong, a 75-seat private cinema, free WI-FI, fully-equipped exercise room and newly remodeled Sundry Shop with Tiki Bar. Also Tennis Courts, Beach Volleyball or Basketball. All these amenities are just steps from your villa.

Universal and Disney Family Trip

Disney Vacation

Loved this home and the location. Very beautiful home in a quiet and gated community. Close to Disney, Universal Studio and and many other locations. The pool and game room were a bonus. The home is everything that is in the description and more. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay again.

Perfect Disney area rental

Perfect property for our adult family of four. Nice location in a clean and neat gated neighborhood. Nice pool and great game room with pool table. Close to Disney attractions and restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great House

We really enjoyed the house with all its amenities (heated pool, game room, bedrooms, and the open house plan). Chuck was easy to chat with, when needed, and a book full of helpful information. It is a great location for Disney World and places to eat. Will plan on staying in the future.

Home Away From Home

We have stayed at this property numerous times and it has Never disappointed us in any way possible. We consider this home “our home” when we travel to Disney. Chuck is always extremely hospitable and he makes up feel welcome as soon as we step through the door. The place is immaculate and we feel at ease knowing everything is set up for our stay. We love the hustle and bustle of Disney literally minutes away, but we also love the calmness we feel driving over the little bridge and pulling up to the gated community when we arrive “home” for the night. We look forward to next year’s vacation at our Home Away From Home!

13 night stay

Excellent accommodation for a 2 week stay - pool guy came regularly & laundry / drying facilities were very handy . We used the game room ( although it is a little on the warm side in the garage in august ). Pool was excellent- all of us enjoyed using that - and very private too. Wonderful to sit out on pool deck for breakfasts / dinners with the family. Windsor Palms is 15 min drive to Disney parks - even in peak traffic . So close to supermarkets & restaurants too . The rooms were just as described in the listing . The master bedroom & huge shower were fabulous . A wonderful stay & we would highly recommend this accommodation .

The house was very clean and had plenty of room, towels, extra bedding, kitchen ware, etc. The only downside was the air hockey table did not work but literally everything else was excellent so we did not care. Also, it was very easy to get to Disney from here. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fabulous Villa

Beautiful villa, really clean and well equipped. Pool was great and games room was fun. Nice quiet location. Disney parks were only about 15 mins away, even at busy times; Universal was about 25-30 mins. A couple of small issues arose and these were dealt with by management company very quickly. Would definitely go back.

Enjoyed a great week at this home. The game room, pool and community amenities kept our teens happy and occupied. The house was clean and well kept with everything we needed for the week. Close to stores and restaurant options as well as Disney.

Perfect visit!

The home was clean and well stocked. The location perfect for park days and the pool was great to cool off in. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a package delayed and arrive the day after check out. The host helped us arrange to pick it up and saved the day. Will definitely rebook for our trips to Orlando!

We are the Wicks'.(Sue and Chuck) We live in Sugar Grove, Il. Chuck is a retired electrical engineer. I recently retired after working part time at our local community college. We have 3 grown kids and 8 beautiful grandkids. We are fortunate that they live close and can see them often. We are busy attending their activities such as baseball, soccer, basketball, bowling and play productions. Oh, and babysitting and sleepovers. We enjoy every minute of it!!

Why they chose this property

Chuck and I fell in love with Disney when we traveled to California on our Honeymoon and visited Disneyland. We were hooked. When the kids were little we went to Disneyworld almost every year. The kids then married and fortunately their spouses are also enthusiastic about Disney as much as the rest of us. Of course, the grandkids love it. Chuck and I wanted to provide a place that we could all get together as a family and enjoy Disney. We want our home to be for you what we expect when we rent a home. We have done our best to provide a clean, well-maintained, welcoming and fun place to stay while you visit the Florida area. We do this for our family and for you too. We have made many improvements since purchasing this home and continue to make upgrades when we visit. The most recent upgrade (Oct 2019) was to redo the Master Bath area. The existing tub was converted into a large walk-in shower and the existing shower converted to a linen closet. We feel confident that you will have a fantastic stay in our home.

What makes this property unique

Chuck and I looked at many homes in the Kissimmee area. We wanted a safe, well-maintained neighborhood in which to buy. Our Realtor showed us the home at 8074 King Palm Cir and we both knew that our search was over. We were so impressed by the well-maintained neighborhood. When we viewed the home we were impressed with the layout and size. We knew that once we did some renovations, that this would be the perfect home for us and our family. I absolutely love the view in the back of the house. There are no neighbors beyond the beautiful hedge with lovely trees. The clubhouse is about as close as you can get and has a nice sundry shop. We have had such a fun time making the improvements and always look forward to our visits there.
