About this property

Individual living in the Tonhaus - bright DG apartment with a view of the vineyards

Living in the Tonhaus - a starting point for cultural, cycling and hiking trips in our Wein-Main-Frankenland.

Our holiday apartment, completed in 2020, is located on the Festungsberg and invites you to enjoy your stay. It offers you a view of the Maschikuliturm and the vineyards. Your parking lot is in front of the house, the bus stop is 300 m away. You can walk to Marienberg Fortress, Käppele and the city center (20 minutes). A bike path goes past the house.
You are always welcome in our large garden.
When you linger in different places, you can take a deep breath and be idle. Our pizza and grill oven is available by arrangement.

We would be happy to show you our ceramic workshop "Tonhaus" (www. Tonhaus-lutz. De).

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und mit guter Isolierung eine kühle Dachgeschosswohnung an heißen Tagen 👍 mit viel Liebe und kleine Details eingerichtet. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt ! Die Lage ist toll - in 4 min mit Rad an der Schoppenbrücke und in der Altstadt. Ausflüge und Wanderingen vom Haus oder mit Rad und Auto möglich- eigener Parkplatz vorhanden . Wir werden wieder kommen .🍾

Sehr schöne renovierte Dachwohnung
Bei über 37 Grad Hitze war es in der Wohnung erstaunlich kühl. Das lag von an der Top Sanierung und der 3fach Verglasung. Der Weg zu Fuß am Weinberg hoch zur Festung, kann man in 10 Minuten schaffen. Kunst ums Haus erwartet einen. Toll!

Hallo, ich war bereits zweimal dort und kann die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage nur empfehlen. Der Empfang und Aufenthalt war wie immer zauberhaft.
