You live in a spacious 95sqm apartment on the first floor. We offer 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet. Another sleeping facility can be provided on request. All living rooms face south and the balcony invites you to soak up the sun. In 3 minutes you can walk to a Bavarian restaurant with regional specialties and a beer garden. A supermarket and a bakery are in town.
Our accommodation is near Munich 50km, Garmisch-Partenkirchen 45km, Bad Tölz 45km, Neuschwanstein 60km, Murnau 10km.

Nice property away from the city
The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The property manager worked with us to arrange for a late arrival and were kind and courteous when we arrived. There were 2 separate bedrooms which was great for our group. The living area and kitchen were quite large, so it was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The train station was a very short drive from the house, making the commute into the city very easy.

Americans visit Bavaria
This is a fairytale place. It is so charming and the space is large. We received clean towels on request. The things that are different from the US are: it is upstairs on the second floor (but in Europe they call it the first floor). The beds are low. We thought there were two baths since we had searched by that but it really was a bath and a separate area for the toilet. It worked out fine but we do have different ways of speech that we didn't realize. The hosts were great. Happy that the location was outside the large cities and in a quaint village. Overall, wonderful!

Sehr großzügige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in Oberhausen. Anreise mit dem Zug war kein Problem, da der Bahnhof nur 600m entfernt ist. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was das Herz begehrt und einen tollen großen Aufenthaltsbereich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Oberhausen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es gab alles, was man brauchte.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Wunderschöne Umgebung und vor Ort alles was man braucht vorhanden. Es gibt in nächster Nähe direkt einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und Metzgerei, eine Bäckerei ein Restaurant mit Biergarten und ein Cafe. Viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge und Spaziergänge. Hier machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt
Wir haben den Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Ortschaft punktet. Den Kindern hat besonders der große Spielplatz gefallen. Nebenan gab es einen Bäcker, einen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant.

So eine schöne und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Die Vermieter sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, wertvolle Tipps inklusive. In direkter Nähe eine urige Gaststätte mit Biergarten, ein Bäcker, ein Edeka mit Bäckerei und hervorragender Metzgerei, ein Café, Pizzeria, Badesee, Spielplätze und schöne Wege zum spazieren gehen. Schöner Sommerurlaub mit der Familie
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser geräumigen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Schaller war überaus freundlich und unkompliziert mit jeder Menge Tipps zu Ausflügen und Verpflegungsmöglickheiten. Es war unser erster aber bestimmt nicht letzter Urlaub im schönen Bayern.

Es blieben keine Wünsche offen
Wir möchten Familie Schaller gerne für unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus bedanken. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und kleine Erfrischungen standen auch schon bereit. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Und wenn mal was fehlte hat uns Frau Schaller damit ausgeholfen. Sie hat uns sogar was ganz leckeres selbstgebackenes vorbeigebracht. Und jede Menge Ausflugstipps haben wir erhalten. Unser Sohn durfte mit dem Dreirad von deren Enkelnkindern fahren. Ansonsten sah und hörte man nichts von den Vermietern. Bei schönen Wetter kann man auf dem großen Balkon verweilen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, jedoch alles notwendige ikl. Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles schnell mit dem PKW oder der Bahn erreichbar. Im Ort selbst gibt's einen Arzt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, kleinen Supermarkt, ein großen Wirtshaus mit einer 24std. Eistankstelle, eine leckere Pizzeria mit einen tollen Ausblick, einen richtig tollen Spielplatz und einem schönen Badeweiher. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. TRES BIEN SITUE POUR DES VACANCES EN BAVIERE
Maison au calme. Pratique pour les visites dans le sud de la Bavière. Proprietaires tres acceuillant et discret. Nous avons pu profiter d un lave linge meme si non prevus dans l’annonce en demandant aux propriétaires.
