In short, being just 2 blocks from the Red Line train, with easy access to three bus routes (one of which stops right out in front of the building) and the Kennedy and Lake Shore Drive Expressways, there is nowhere you can't get to in pretty much a straight shot.

We're 3 minutes from the North/Clybourn Red line and around the corner from the #8 Halsted bus.

Magic Indeed

I’ve been a VRBO member for over two decades and this is in my top two properties of all time. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed and perfectly laid out for a large family gathering. The decoration throughout the space is fun and thoughtful and incredibly eclectic. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be in the action but have a little solitude at the end Of the day. Better shopping and dining than Michigan Ave. without the traffic and crowds. And on top of all this goodness, by far the clearest and most consistent communication I’ve EVER experienced in vacation rentals. We can’t wait to come back!

Girl Weekend

Carole and Basil’s apartment is beautiful, spacious and in a lovely neighborhood. 7 ladies were visiting Chicago for a bday celebration and had a wonderful time. The apartment was the perfect size for our group. Had a few communication issues I think due to the company that the owner sets their booking up through and seemed to miss some emails back and forth. But Carole did share a lot of information about the area and had some nice recommendations. Would absolutely recommend

This was a lovely apartment with great access. Had a glitch with the refrigerator not working when we first got there, which I would think it would be checked out first, But they were able to fix it after a bit and the rest of the weekend went smoothly. I would stay again.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Carole and Basil were very helpful and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. The living space was just as described. It is a lovely kitchen and living area with wonderful artwork and amenities. It was very nice that Carole arranged a wheelchair for my dad at no extra charge. Definitely recommend this property.

Loft in exceptional condition. Great communication with owners Carole and Basil. Well informed of check in /check out process. Loft close to trains, buses and Uber found us with ease. Secure building, quiet and exactly what we had hoped for in a vacay away home. 5 to our party, all adults and all thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect Family Accommodation

Pictures and description are accurate. Our family (5adults, 1 three yo)enjoyed a fabulous stay in this apartment. Perfect layout with large kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room. Beautiful Loft Perfect for our Group.

Very warm and cozy

This was the perfect space for our family out of town Christmas gathering with adult children. The rental was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We arrived pretty late at night and our host met us out front even though it was a typical cold Chicago night. She even provided traffic cones so we could keep our parking spot right in front of the rental. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Great for family

Beautiful condo in great part of town

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated with artwork from around the world and incredibly spacious layout. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and towels. Gourmet kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. Location was perfect - walking distance to Whole Foods and other stores and restaurants. Carole and her team were terrific and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!
