The house was originally owned by a famous Hollywood set designer so it has tons of character. Many pieces in the house were used in old Hollywood movies.

It's situated on a hillside in the Castellammare area of Pacific Palisades, which resembles the Amalfi Coast.

The layout of the house is incredibly unique, which makes it perfect for couples or large groups. Every bedroom has direct outside access, which allows excellent flexibility. ALL ROOMS HAVE DIRECT OCEAN VIEW.

- There is no heating or air-conditioning but it's usually not needed by the beach. Space heaters are provided.
- Parking is easily available directly outside the house.


IMPORTANT: Upon booking, I will send a rental agreement based on the sample agreement posted on the listing. I also require the names of all guests, and photocopy of ID associated with the billing address of the card used for payment. I need the signed agreement and other information within 72 hours. The guest is required to cancel in the event of non-compliance.
