Our spacious holiday home with waterfront and private boat mooring is located in the picturesque Port Grimaud, which is crossed by waterways and bridges.
The upscale, very extensive furnishing with partly antique furniture and the attention to detail give the house a very personal touch.
4 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms provide plenty of comfort. The open kitchen with granite countertops adjoins the dining area, which passes into the living area with direct access to the south terrace. Three steps lead you through the garden to the river 'Giscle'. The seating area in the courtyard invites you to enjoy the evening sun. The local beach is just a 5-minute walk away, while other charming beaches and bathing bays can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
In our quiet district 'Port Grimaud-Sud' you will find a bakery, a newspaper shop, as well as bars and restaurants. Twice weekly is market.
Large supermarkets can be reached in 5-10 minutes.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in Port Grimaud war perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Auch die Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, hat uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

Top vakantiewoning

Zeer gezellige typische woning met alle comfort, alles wat je nodig hebt was gewoon aanwezig. We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad met ons gezin (6pers). Ideaal voor met de boot die je kan aanleggen vlak bij de woning. Zalig wakker worden aan de Giscle rivier. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Enig minpuntje: geen airco voor de rest, top!

Port Grimaud at its best!

Beautiful, large, thoughtfully appointed home on the Giscle River in Port Grimaud. This house has everything you could want, the best home away from home! Located in the Sud, the more quiet and desirable part of Port Grimaud, near its own private beach with beachfront restaurant. The Sud offers a few nice restaurants for breakfast and dinners. We hope you enjoy your stay there as much as we have!

Tolles Haus mit Garten

Uns hat das grosse Haus mit Garten direkt am Kanal sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man kann im Garten oder im geschützten Vorgarten sitzen und essen.

Super séjour !

Une très belle maison dans un quartier calme avec une belle vue donnant sur la Giscle. La maison ne manque de rien. Il y a même un vélo pour aller chercher les croissants le matin! La propriétaire est très sympa. Une adresse à retenir.

Formidable!

La maison est magnifique, elle est très bien équipée. La vue sur la Giscle avec les bateaux et la mer à 10 minutes à pied, c'est le luxe. On a juste envie de revenir!!

"Unser" Haus in Südfrankreich

Wir waren schon 2 mal mit Kindern und Oma in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist ideal auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingerichtet. Jeder hat ein eigenes Zimmer- und Bad. Von Anfang an fühlten sich alle 3 Generationen gleich wie zu Hause bzw. noch viel besser! Der Blick auf den Kanal Gisle, der kleine, liebevoll angelegte Garten, die wunderschöne sonnige Terrasse, die Nähe zum Strand und zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Cote d'Azur, perfekt! Die Eigentümerin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, ebenso wie ihre Verwalterin vor Ort. Die Übergabe klappt immer bestens. Wir kommen bald wieder Port Grimaud!

Traumurlaub

Seit Jahren fahren wir nach Port Grimaud ,aber waren das erste mal in diesem perfekten Traumhaus an dem es an nichts fehlte ❤️Wir haben für uns entschieden die nächste Jahre immer wieder dieses Haus zubuchen.wir waren mit noch einem Pärchen dort und 4 Kindern und es war ein Traum ,vom Garten an den Bootssteg zugelangen und die Umgebung mit dem Boot zuerkunden,aber auch jederzeit mit vorhandenen Fahrrädern überall hinzukommen .im Haus selber fehlte einfach nichts es war besser ausgestattet als unser Haus. .vielen Dank nochmal für diesen Urlaub in diesem für uns perfektem Haus und wir kommen immer wieder gerne ❤️

Traumhaftes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir waren das erste Mal in Port Grimaud und sind einfach nur begeistert! Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und es fehlte an nichts! Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und entspricht voll und ganz den Abbildungen. Vor allem die große Terrasse mit durchgängiger Sonne, und mit Blick auf das Wasser haben es uns angetan. Der Kontakt mit der freundlichen Vermieterin war reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank und à bientôt !

port grimaud as we know it

Three little children, four tired parents, one grandfather and his puppy dog, and no huge mansion to store them - a recipe for disaster? Not here. This is a great place, with a large terrace divided in two parts and a front yard as well, with a well equipped kitchen, with bicycles to cycle to st tropez, with, well, with everything you may need, even for our group. Very friendly owner. Port Grimaud the way it should be - relaxing. Highly recommended!

Traumhaftes Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit Freunden in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Durch den Vermieter wurden wir bestens und entgegenkommend informiert und alle Angaben entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Wasser ließ gleich Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen und auf der liebevoll angelegten Terasse konnten sich auch bequem mehrere Personen aufhalten. Ein tägliches Joggingprogramm ließ den Morgen gleich erholsam beginnen! Durch die Vielzahl an Bädern hatten wir trotz hoher Personenanzahl keine Engpässe und jeder seinen Privatbereich, d.h. dieses Haus ist unbedingt empfehlenswert für eine größere Personenanzahl. In der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich als äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für Ausflüge oder Restaurantbesuche in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung lag ausreichendes Informarionsmaterial zur Verfügung. Auch über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten würden wir hinreichend informiert. Natürlich war der Wochenmarkt immer ein herrliches Einkaufserlebnis. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit vielen neuen Eindrücken und Erlebnissen genießen können. Jeder Zeit würden wir diesen wiederholen.

Wonderful vacation

I enjoyed a beautiful weekend with a friend at this wonderful vacation home at the gorgeous Gulf of Saint Tropez. The house was very spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures (even including the sun :) ). The house didn't miss anything that we are used to in our own homes, like the fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, the nice TV or the great patio furniture, just to mention a few things. Thank you so much for the friendly and prompt service, although we booked on short notice! We would love to come back again soon.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet auch dem anspruchsvollsten Mieter erholsame Tage in schöner Umgebung. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist durch Internet und deutsches Fernsehprogramm für Kurzweile gesorgt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr gut und sie hat stets ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche ihrer Mieter.Alles in allem kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

maison de vacances pour se reposer

Maison très agréable et bien placée, bien agencée, dommage que le voisinage soit aussi intolérant... Les barbecue sont interdits, les bateaux à moteurs sont trop bruyants, les dîners le soir sur la terrasse doivent se faire en sourdine... Ce ne sont pas des vacances mais une retraite qu'il faut envisager y passer.
