Gute Lage, aber...

...für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral in einem idyllischen Hinterhof. Die lieblose Ausstattung weist allerdings ein paar Mängel auf: Es gibt z.B. keine Garderobe, also keine Möglichkeit, Mäntel oder Jacken aufzuhängen - außer in einer kleinen Nische im Kleiderschrank. Es gibt keine Küchenregale, keine Ablageflächen, keine Mikrowelle und keine Möglichkeit, das Küchenfenster zu öffnen! Man kocht also zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Da die Küchenzeile sehr klein ist, wird jedes Kochen und jedes Abwaschen zu einer Herausforderung. Im Bad gibt es keine funktionierende Lüftung, es schimmelt in verschiedenen Ecken. Das Doppelbett aus altem Holz knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, aus der Wohnung darüber hört man jeden Schritt. Diese Wohnung hätte Potenzial, es fehlt aber noch einiges, um den hohen Preis zu rechtfertigen. Für uns zu diesem Preis nicht nochmal!
