Schlafgelegenheiten

Wohnung sehr schön, super ausgestattet. Die Aufbettung/ Schlafsofa ist sehr schlecht. Liegefläche zwar sehr großzügig, aber man merkt jede Holzlatte des Sofagestells. Sehr unangenehm bei der Nachtruhe. Das große Doppelbett hingegen ist super. Ich würde die FeWo jedoch weiter empfehlen, jedoch ohne Übernachtung mit der "Aufbettung"

Dem Umständen entsprechend ist diese Buchung nicht optimal verlaufen

Die Ferienwohnung war ideal. Super eingerichtet, sauber und in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Grund der Reise unser Abschied vom Opa. Sehr schwierig wenn das der Grund der Reise ist. Die Kommunikation zum Vermietungsunternehmen war sehr schlecht. Man hatte versucht mich mehrfach zu stornieren. Nach 74 versuchen telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen und mehrfachen Auffordern telefonisch alles zu klären, musste ich mich darauf ein lassen, dass ich erst 2 Tage nach Miete beginn in die Ferienwohnung komme. Das war natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Und natürlich hat man uns keine Kompensierung angeboten. Es war eh stressig nach allen Corona Bestimmungen an zu reisen, jedoch haben die Vermiete den Stress nur erhöht. Der Rest der Familie hatte viel angenehmere Vermieter. Sehr sehr schade für den unnötigen Stress.
