Charming finca apartment with pool close to Campos. Apartment Son Xanet for up to 3 persons is set in a rural and peaceful area between the beach of Es Trenc and the nice market town of Campos, in the South of the island. The apartment is part of the Son Xante finca estate, which has two more units: a holiday houses for 4 pax and a renovated tower für 4 pax. All are furnished in a Mediterranean style and are sharing the large pool.


Campos, which is 5 km away, is a busy agricultural town which livens up on market days every Thursday and Saturday morning. It is a friendly place with a smattering of interesting shops, restaurants and bars.

Es Trenc

Es Trenc is said to be the nicest beach on the island, and worth a visit. Here, 4 kilometres of beach are backed by sand dunes and natural bush land, with hardly a hotel complex in sight. Like all the popular beaches on the island it becomes busy in the height of the summer. Nearby the quieter beaches of Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes (in the same bay) are less well known, but just as beautiful.


The tastefully furnished apartment offers a living area of approximatly 65 squaremetres and is suitable for up to 3 guests. All on the same floor are a large living-dining room, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room can be prepared for a 3rd person.

Apartment Son Xanet offers two terraces and is facing the garden and pool area. The large pool of the guest house is shared and surrounded by gardens and sun terraces. Sun loungers and shades are provided. In addition there is a BBQ kitchen, complete with dining tables and comfortable seating, which is also for shared use.
