Holiday house only a few minutes from the beaches of "Es Trenc", set in quiet grounds overlooking the rolling rural landscape. It is located near the market town of Campos and Sa Rapita with many shops and restaurants. The holiday house Son Xanet is part of the guest finca Son Xanet which has two more units: another holiday house sleeping max. 4 and one apartment sleeping 3. The units can be booked individually or all together and share the beautiful gardens and the pool.

Campos, which is 5 km away, is a busy agricultural town which livens up on market days every Thursday and Saturday morning. It is a friendly place with a smattering of interesting shops, restaurants and bars.

Es Trenc

Es Trenc is said to be the nicest beach on the island, and worth a visit. Here, 4 kilometres of beach are backed by sand dunes and natural bush land, with hardly a hotel complex in sight. Like all the popular beaches on the island it becomes busy in the height of the summer. Nearby the quieter beaches of Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes (in the same bay) are less well known, but just as beautiful.


The holiday house Son Xanet is adjoining the apartment and offers a living area of approximately 180 m². The ground floor offers a large, charming living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as on bedroom with a shower bath en-suite. The second bedroom is on the second floor and has a bathroom with shower and tub. Both bedrooms are fitted with master beds.

The beautiful and shared pool is surrounded by lawn and terraces. Sunbeds and parasols are available.
