Finca Teresa is located halfway between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa at a 30 minutes walking to the beautiful old town of Pollensa in the popular La Font area. The narrow cobbled alleys of Pollensa are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Teresa is an ample 6 bedroom country house that enjoys a superb setting in Pollensa's la Font area. Set in lovely mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys lovely views of the surrounding area and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollensa. The house itself is furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style with exposed beams and tile flooring.

The ground floor distribution includes a living room with satellite TV and DVD, dining area with seating for 12 and a fully fitted kitchen, also on the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the first floor there is a gallery landing area with seating and another television, the master double bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace and two further twin bedrooms, both with shower facilities (one of them en-suite) and air conditioning. A spiral staircase leads to the studio which has splendid views of the mountains and the distant bay. The studio has a fan rather than air conditioning, and it shares a shower room located on the first floor.

Outside in the spacious enclosed garden there is a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool. There is a covered terrace by the house with a brick-built barbecue next to the original bread oven and a large outdoor dining table, worktop and sink.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
