The modern 140 m² bungalow in S’Estanyol de Migjorn, in the south of Mallorca, is situated in a quiet residential area and very close to the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The outdoor area impresses with a private open and covered terrace and a barbecue for home-cooked dinners in the furnished outdoor eating area. Embedded in the terrace, the salt water pool invites you to take swims under the open sky. At the front of the apartment, there is also a smaller terrace, on which you can enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. The closest cafés, bakeries and restaurants are only 250 m (3-minute walk) away and a supermarket is located a 4-minute drive (2.2 km) from the property. Within 10 minutes (850 m), you can walk to the nearest beach, Es Racó de s'Arena, next to the marina of S’Estanyol. The airport of Palma is located 36 km (30-minute drive) northwest of S’Estanyol. 240 m (3 minutes on foot) from the apartment, you will find a bus stop, from which services go to the towns of Campos and Llucmajor.
