There are many attractions and family fun activities within minutes: Top Golf, The Ford Amphitheater, Magnum Shooting, The Mining Museum, US Air Force Academy, Overdrive Raceway, Air City Adventure Park, Dart Wars, iFly Indoor Sky Diving, Bass Pro Shop (bowling & shopping).

Shopping for groceries and supplies are just minutes away. Less than 2 miles to Sprouts, less than 5 miles is King Scooper, Natural Grocers and Walmart.
Shopping at Boot Barn, Apricot Lane Boutique or What to Wear Boutique. A variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs (some locally owned).

This home has a well-equipped roomy kitchen with a large dining room table. The spacious living room and game room are perfect for large gatherings. Off of the kitchen and main living area there is a brand new large sunny deck with mountain views right off the kitchen with a gas grill. Adjacent to the living room, the game room stocked with games and books as well as a half bath.

On the main floor there is a luxurious master bedroom with a sitting area and Smart TV. The private master bath offers a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower as well as his and her sink/vanity areas.

Two upper bedrooms share a full bath, with dual sinks and private bath & toilet room. One upper bedroom sleeps 4, is the 'Queen Family Suite' with a queen bed and a twin bed that has a pop-up trundle that can be made into a king size bed or used as the two twins.

The Queen Family Suite has a side room with a crib and a pac'n play. It also has a door directly to the bathroom. Right next door, in the Attic Room is another twin bed; toys, games and books for the kids. The other upper bedroom 'The Double Queen Room' sleeps 4 and offers two queen beds and a large walk-in closet. The laundry room is adjacent to this bedroom found at the top of the stairs.

The lower walk out level of this home is spacious with several areas to enjoy activities. There is a comfortable sectional seating area for watching movies., and has a large Smart TV. There are two game tables for games, cards or puzzles; as well as a pool table, a gas fireplace, and a full bath.

The lower level has the 4th bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed, bunk beds, a walk in closet that has a crib in it that can be rolled into the bedroom. This room has a sitting area with a Smart TV.
