A nicely furnished apartment (100m²) on the 1st Upper floor, for 2 to 7 people, in a side street directly at the World Heritage Site Zollverein.

In the spacious living area you will find a modern and large sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen with dining for up to 7 people. There are 3 single beds available in two bedrooms, which can also be combined to form a double bed on request.
The bathroom has a shower, tub and toilet. A guest toilet is also available.
The apartments have underfloor heating on the entire area.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie ist sehr geräumig und liegt direkt neben dem Gelände der Grube Zollverein. Der Eingang ist ca. 200 m entfernt.

Tolle Lage für Zeche Zollverein

Die perfekte Wohnung für bis zu 7 Erwachsenen für einen Besuch bei der Zeche Zollverein. Alles sauber, Betten waren gut, Küche reichhaltige Ausstattung/Bestückung mit Spülmaschine. Ein separates WC ist neben dem Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und WC vorhanden. Dieses hatte allerdings weder Fenster noch Lüftung. Wir sind damit als Gruppe für unser verlängertes Wochenende jedoch gut zurecht gekommen. Fußläufig haben wir zwei tolle Restaurants für das Abendessen gefunden und eine schöne Kneipe mit Stauder Pils für uns entdeckt. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Klare Weiterempfehlung, vilen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Alles super.

Geräumige und saubere Wohnung, die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin war ebenfalls bestens. Insgesamt war alles optimal, kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren als Familie ein paar Tage in der Wohnung, um einen Startpunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge im Ruhrgebiet zu haben. Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber des Geländes der Zeche Zollverein, aber in einer Nebenstraße. Das Zechengelände ist riesig und sehr grün, also ideal für Spaziergänge. Aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busse und Bahnen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Parken kann man vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und die Vermietung völlig unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist auch für größere Familien gut geeignet, sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit je drei Betten. Wer eine ruhige und große Wohnung mitten in Essen sucht, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.

Mooi ruim appartement

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in een schoon ruim appartement waarin meer dan voldoende aanwezig was. Aparte ingang en als het warm is ook nog een gelegenheid om buiten te zitten. Enige minpuntje is dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Aangezien de slaapkamers aan de straatkant waren en door het verkeer we de ramen moesten sluiten voor het geluid. Ook de bovenverdieping was helaas zonder airco en erg warm. Complimenten voor de Familie die ons ontvangen heeft. Zeer attent.

Schitterend appartement!!

Wat een mooi en schoon appartement. Bedden waren opgemaakt en handdoeken lagen klaar. Parkeren voor de deur. Grote keuken. Supermarkt zit in de buurt!! Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ideale Lage zum Weltkulturerbe

Wir haben diese Fewo gebucht mit der Absicht, uns das Weltkulturerbe Zeche Zollverein anzuschauen. Und für diesen Zweck war die Entscheidung ideal. Man kann vor dem Haus parken und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß auf dem Zechengelände. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet und auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort.
