Welcome to our holiday apartment "Kathrin" in the heart of Kaltenbach, just 150 meters from the valley station of the Hochzillertal mountain railway. Our modern and cozy apartment, with a living space of 51 m², provides the ideal retreat for your vacation in the picturesque Zillertal.

The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people and features:

A spacious double bedroom
A generous, fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area
An additional sleeping area for 2 people

2 Sachsen in Tirol

Wir hatten bei Superspätsommerwetter einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Zillertal. Die FeWo war geräumig sauber und uns fehlte es an Nichts. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut für Radfahren im Tal und zum Wandern geeignet und auch im Sommer sehr zu empfehlen.

Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Unsere Vermieterin Kathrin ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und höfliche Vermieterin. Diese Wohnung in Kaltenbach liegt sehr gut. Von dort ist man schnell bei allen Bergbahnen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Aanrader!

Een mooi, ruim, zeer proper en smaakvol ingericht appartement. De keuken is volledig ingericht (vele nieuwe spullen), de badkamer is voldoende ruim en heeft een degelijke douche, de matrassen zijn stevig en zorgen voor een goede nachtrust. Rustig gelegen (zomer), de ideale uitvalsbasis voor de vele wandelingen in de ruime omgeving. Kathrin is een betrokken, bereikbare en tegelijk discrete gastvrouw. De communicatie is zeer vlot verlopen. Een absolute aanrader!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Bett. WLAN sehr schwach. Terassenmöbel weichen vom sonst guten Standard ab. Kommunikation mit Vermieter gut.

Kurzurlaub mit Motorrad

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage im Zillertal. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und top sauber. Der Parkplatz für zwei Motorräder liegt direkt vor der Wohnung. Ein Supermarkt und die Restaurants waren zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung war geräumig, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist gut eingerichtet. Leider kamen wir an einem Tag mit ziemlichem Schneefall an, sodass der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus sehr glatt und verschneit war. Ebenso der Parkplatz und der Treppenzugang zur Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübernahme klappte mit dem angegebenen Ablageort und Code problemlos. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung bzw. dem Skileller keinerlei Schneeschaufel, sodass es fast unmöglich war, in den vorgesehenen Parkplatz zu gelangen. Wir hätten den Parklplatz und die Treppe gerne geräumt, wenn entsprechendes Gerät vorhanden gewesen wäre. Vielleicht wären auch andere Gäste darüber erfreut, wenn Frau Höllwarth eine Schneeschaufel zur Verfügung stellen würde. Ansonsten hat uns alles gut gefallen.

Schöne zentral liegende Ferienwohnung

Die Fewo Kathrin hat optimale Lage . Nicht weit zur Zillertalbahn ,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht , die Vermieterin Kathrin ist sehr freundlich.

Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und hat eine kleine Terrasse. Sie liegt in einem Skigebiet und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir die Swarovski Kristallwelten, die Krimmler Wasserfälle und den Kaiserklamm sehr gut erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Sie hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Wir können diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
