This amazing penthouse condo has spectacular water views from all rooms. The Indies is located at the end of Fort Morgan with miles of unspoiled white sandy beaches just steps away. All guests are welcome to enjoy the heated pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace with misting stations. Two charcoal grills are located on the property for your outside cooking enjoyment.

This condo has bright beachy colors and fun accents that make it fun for the whole family. You will experience ten foot ceilings; crown molding, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors and Berber carpet as just some of the upscale amenities of the building. There are granite countertops and a bar with four stools in the kitchen. You will love the HUGE private balcony with table and chairs. Watch the dolphins jump and play or have a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing colors of the sunset.

There are two King beds and in the third bedroom a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, HUGE tiled bathrooms, four flat screen TV's, two DVD’s, are all included in this fantastic condo. High Speed Wi-Fi is available in this condo!!! You are only 300 yards to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Shores Marina, and Tacky Jacks restaurant is located across the street and they are only a short walk. You are also within walking distance to Fort Morgan State Park. Or take a short drive to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge or the car ferry to Dauphin Island. After you have done all there is to do in the area set back and enjoy the sunshine and salty breeze that you came so far to experience.

One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard.

Not clean, pans were not usable, plunged what looked like a wig out or the bathtub (human hair which was size of an animal), floors not clean. Gym doesn't open until 7;30am (who works out after 730?) kid pool closed. etc. not a good experience.

Last Minute Gulf Getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip with 6 of our kids and found this place to stay. We loved it. It was clean, exactly as described, and the view better than the pictures! Check in was easy. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and it was not crowded at all. The pool was nice, and sunset pictures from the roof were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Unit was clean and met all our needs. Toured Fort Morgan and thoroughly enjoyed the rich history there! There is some kind of 'beeping' alarm that is heard all day at the resort--don't know what that is, but obnoxious at times.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not sure what we would find as a result of Hurricane Sally but the condo was pretty much the same as the last time we stayed. Some small improvements need to be made when possible. Weatherstripping of the front door, door knobs for the kitchen and bathroom and an overhead light in the livingroom. great view from the balcony. The grills need attention(new grid for the coals). We had to contact security at 1:00am because of loud music and yelling. Next year I will keep the security # on my phone. With us being on the 7th floor, the construction noise was quite significant. Looking forward to being able to use the upper deck area.

Fort Morgan Vacation

We found the condo in fairly good shape considering your recent weather problems. Our rooms were in need of a deep cleaning. Our bathrooms needed attention and the bedrooms were very dusty. It was necessary to wash all of the stoneware and glasses as they were greasy. After we did our own housecleaning the rooms were very accommodating. It was necessary to change the lightbulbs in both bathrooms in order to see. There was no outside lighting in the hallway making it difficult to enter the entry code. We truly enjoyed the view from the rooms and the lovely pool.

Loved the property and easy check in. Didn’t like having to use code for pool. Neighborhood was awesome. Short walk to beach. Set up and left our tent and belongings all week. Condo was nice. Mattresses need to be turned or replaced were not comfortable.

Smoke alarm chirping for three days

The property was great same as the pictures. Very clean. The property was damaged in th hurricane 6 months ago so I’m guessing that’s why the smoke alarm kept chirping like it needed a battery change. My husband changed the battery, still chirping so I contacted the property. They said they would come and fix it. They never did. We had to listen to the annoying beeping sound for four days. Also the cable in the bedrooms did not work. I contacted the property about it snd they said this is ongoing problem with the building basically they said there was nothing they could do. Frustrating

Great family place.

We loved this place. Its beautiful and a great location. The only down side was no furniture outside to relax and enjoy the view and it was hard to track down another parking pass. I would definitely be more than happy to book here again.

We were woke up with construction workers our first morning I jumped out of the bed hearing the sound of a heavy drill hammer above our room I wasn’t expecting that and we were unable to use the pool because of construction. But that didn’t have anything to do with the owners. We did run out of hot water our second day. Just called the maintenance number and they came that day to fix the hot water heater, again not the owners fault. We all know things breaks at the most inconvenient times. We really enjoyed the beach area as it was not as crowded. We drove instead of walked to beach. Because we had 2 babies and lots of stuff to carry. Never had a problem getting a park because the area is so private. Loved our stay and will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit 704. It was cute and comfortable. The unit had everything that we needed and plenty of room. We liked the view from the balcony, high enough to see over the beach houses. The only downside of staying at the Indies at this time was the construction. The pool was closed until 5:00 every day. Then one day a baby had an accident in the pool and there was no one on site to report it too. We liked that there were not a lot of people around. If you are looking for a beach town feel without a touristy atmosphere then this is the perfect place for you.
