Very loud area, very hot, no AC, graffiti everywhere, not safe

We arrived late, navigated the train system from the airport, spent one night and left early the next morning. Didn't feel that it was a safe area. Had to keep the windows open due to heat, 80+ degrees inside, loud road noises all night, sirens

Vienna calling

Sehr freundlich Gastgeber, Wohnung sehr sauber. Küche voll ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Wer Wien nicht nur die Innenstadt mit ihrer beeindruckenden Architektur und quirligen Einkaufszentren, sondern auch das arbeitende, studierende und geräuschvolle Wien entdecken mochte, ist hier richtig.

Gesamteindruck

Die Wohnung lag gegenüber vom Bahnhof und von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Somit eine sehr gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Fernverkehr. Sehr zum Nachteil war aber die direkte Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Leider war der Hausflur besonders im unteren Bereich sehr in die Jahre gekommen, verschmutzt und teilweise vermüllt. Im Treppenhaus wurde vielfach geraucht. Die Wohnung war okay aber zu teuer in der Gesamtbetrachtung.

A little scary outside, clean inside.

The actual apartment is as the pictures, clean etc. The building, hallways, neighbors and neighborhood is not where I would’ve stayed if I had known. Our driver even commented on the location. Also, it’s by the train, road and a restaurant that must prep their onions at night and boy does it stink and it’s so loud! Never actually met up with host- so no wifi info etc. I actually like contactless rentals but more info would’ve been nice. Ok for the price but maybe not for families.

Buen apartamento y bien situado

Muy buen apartamento y muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad, con parada de metro y tranvía en frente. La dueña muy servicial y amable en todo momento. Sólo una pega y que a lo mejor es la costumbre... Pero teniendo en cuenta viajamos en avión sin poder llevar líquidos y que llegamos sábado tarde, los básicos de limpieza y paper de WC había los justos. Preguntado a la dueña responde que solo dejan para el primer día y que el resto es a cuenta del huésped. Repito, quizá sea esa el protocolo pero me parece un poco escaso.... Pero lo demás todo perfecto!!!!!

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr zentral!

Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Perfekt zum Erkunden von Wien und Umland. Leider haben wir wohl die heißesten Sommertage erwischt, und so ging schlafen definitiv nicht ohne die "Kühle" der Nacht zu nutzen - aufgrund der zentralen Lage dann eben mit Oropax.

Freizeit- und Besichtigung

Die Unterkunft ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell. Bedingt durch die vierspurige Straße, die U-Bahn und die Straßenbahn direkt am Haus recht laut, aber für ein paar Nächte nicht das große Problem. Alles in allem durchweg empfehlenswert.

Schön nah zum Zentrum ind öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Leider für unsere Verhältnisse sehr laut von der Straße, snd wir soh nicht gewohnt. Sehr schön war, das große 24/7 Parkhäuser in der Nähe waren (200 m)

Geräumig, zentral und sehr sauber

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung (2 Min. zur U-Bahn, ca. 30 Min. Fußweg zum Stephansdom) ermöglicht die einfache Besichtigung der Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten und sonstige Aktivitäten in der Stadt. Die Fenster dämmen den Krach der mehrspurigen Straße und der U-Bahn direkt vor dem Haus sehr gut ab. Im direkten Umkreis sind viele Restaurants, Bäckereien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wichtig zu wissen ist vielleicht, dass das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer nur über das andere Schlafzimmer mit dem Rest der Wohnung verbunden ist. Die Wohnung war super sauber, davon können sich viele Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden! Jede Frage und jedes Anliegen wurde sehr kurzfristig geklärt, der Kontakt war jederzeit angenehm und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Travel to Vienna

The location is not so far from the city, it takes around 20 minutes, changing two subways, to reach the centre of the city. The apartment is very big and with nice and useful furniture.

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt gut angebunden über die U6 im 17. Bezirk. Sie ist sauber hat ein tolles Ambiente und ist funktional eingerichtet. Für uns als vierköpfige Familie perfekt, da wir keinen unnötigen Schnickschnack benötigen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Imbisse und Bäckereien, so dass man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

L’appartement se trouve dans un charmant immeuble art nouveau typique. Génial 🤩

Tout a été facile. La location était parfaite pour 4personnes. La cuisine nous a permis de faire des bons petits repas. Le soleil illumine l’appartement. Les transports en communs se trouve au pied de l’immeuble : C’est très bien ! Merci à nos hôtes !

Great location to explore the city

A nice flat in a good location to see Vienna. Directly opposite a U-bahn station and a tram stop. Walking distance to the city center too.

Great location

Très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous recommandons.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé, bien pensé. Proche des transports en commun qui nous ont permis de visiter la ville sans difficulté. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour visiter Vienne.
