Prima goed verzorgde vakantiewoning . Rustig wijkje met veel particuliere woningen . Groene tuin met grote bomen rand . Hek rondom . Erg prettig wanneer het zo warm is . Veel mogelijkheden voor in de zon of in de schaduw zitten . Met 30 graden wordt het huis binnen erg warm door het platte dak maar voldoende ventilatie mogelijkheden . Zee op loopafstand ..
