The Apt. Penthouse – Schenna Chalet holiday apartment is located 12 minutes by car from Merano. It is part of a holiday residence with exclusive facilities and has a fantastic location in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a modern and high-quality furnished living room with an open, well-equipped kitchen, which invites you to cook with a great kitchen block, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a half bath and a sofa bed in the living room suitable for 2 people and can accommodate 8 people. The house also has Wi-Fi, satellite TVs, a wine cabinet, a baby cot and a high chair for children. The absolute highlight of the exclusive residential complex is the fantastic wellness offer, which leaves nothing to be desired. A whirlpool is available for your private use, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace, which invites you to eat together in the fresh air. There is also a shared pool and the nearby Schenna Resort which offers free use of its pool and spa area with a sauna, a gym and other amenities. Restaurants can be found after 1.2km and the centre of Merano is 4.5km away with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The Meran 2000 ski area, where you can enjoy the fresh powder snow of South Tyrol in winter, is 2.5 km or 3 minutes by car away.

The owner of the house has his own butcher's shop and a snack board can be ordered for the day of arrival (upon request). Parking spaces are available on the property.
