Between the charming typical Majorcan town of Santanyí and the beautiful natural park Mondragó, Villa La Casita is situated in a rural location and can accommodate 6 people. The 2-storey, rustic country house has a cosy living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Facilities include Wi-Fi, fans, a high chair and a baby cot. The absolute highlight is the well-kept garden embedded in Mediterranean flora. It has a covered terrace, garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and a pool, which provides a welcome refreshment on hot summer days.

In about 5 minutes by car you reach Santanyí with its restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities. The next beach, Playa de Santanyí, can be reached in 12 minutes by car, the beautiful natural beach S'Amarador, with its fine sand and turquoise blue water, is about 20 minutes away by car.

Lovely house in a very quiet area.

Pros: Very spacious house, which had everything we needed. Amazing sitting area at the front and back of the house as well as bbq facilities, at the front and the back. Cons: Nothing we did not enjoy, however it was a bit hard to find the place as when we entered the address from the location on this booking, it took us to another house, however the host was very quick to respond to our messages and we got there eventually. Another thing was that we were not told that we would have to take out the rubbish ourselves to the nearest bins, again not a problem but maybe this message will save some time for another guest 😊

Großes Haus mit viel Platz in toller Lage

Pros: Das Haus liegt für unseren Geschmack ausgezeichnet: ca. 2 km vor Santanyi und ca 7-8 km bis zu den Stränden, was auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu bewältigen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marta ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, nimmt Kritik konstruktiv an und setzt diese um, d.h. sie arbeitet aktiv an der Optimierung von La Casita. Das Haus ist groß, bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich gestaltet und bieten die Möglichkeit nach eigenen Vorlieben zu entscheiden, wie man bevorzugt nächtigen möchte. Es gibt stabiles und schnelles W-LAN und auch einige deutsche Fernsehsender, welche störungsfrei übertragen werden. Diverse Gewürze, Öl und Essig sind vorhanden, so dass diese nicht grundsätzlich eingekauft werden müssen. Beide Terrassen haben ihre eigenen Vorteile und der Pool ist sauber und gut zu nutzen. Die Duschen sind ausreichend heiß einstellbar und liefern hinreichend Wasserdruck für ein gutes Duschgefühl. Cons: Für Menschen, die spät nachts anreisen wäre es toll, wenn etwas Mineralwasser bereitstehen würde, damit man in der ersten Nacht etwas trinken oder sich die Zähne putzen kann. Im Wasserkocher sollte ja möglichst kein Leitungswasser verwendet werden. Das Sofa auf der hinteren Terrasse ist defekt. Beim Hinsetzen fällt man deutlich tiefer als man erwartet, was bei mir erhebliche Rückenschmerzen für eine Woche auslöste. Bitte vorsicht beim Hinsetzen!!! Der Fernseher ist zum Sehen geeignet, nicht aber zum Hören, weil die Tonqualität wirklich schlecht ist.

Finca etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Pros: Eine sehr liebe Frau die uns betreut hat.DANKE!!6 Der Poll was Super schön und gross und sauber. Regelmäßig wurde der gereinigt. Ruhige Lage. Grosszügige Finca mit viel Platz . Küche gut eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren für uns sehr bequem. Jede Woche wurde die Bettwäsche und alle Badetücher( je 2 pro Person) und Küchentücher gewechselt. Wir waren für 5 Wochen in der Finca. Cons: Schade dass die Parzelle nicht gepflegt wird. Leider war die Küche nicht sauber. Das Geschirr vor allem. Die Abwaschmaschine war auch schmutzig und diese reinigt nicht sauber. Auch die Duschen waren nicht sauber der Abfuss funktioniert nicht richtig. Überhaupt die Einrichtungen sind veraltet.

Großzügige Anlage in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Ein großes Haus mit zwei Terrassen, die man je nach Tageszeit, Wind und Sonne optimal nutzen kann. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und insbesondere der Küche ist umfassend und erlaubt auch einen Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern gut unterstützt zu verbringen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend (auch wenn nur spanisch und lückenhaft englischsprachig). Das Haus liegt abseits jeglichen Lärms in einer ruralen insel-typisch Vegetation. Cons: Leider sind drei der vier Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss eingerichtet. Das ging aus den Angebotsunterlagen nicht eindeutig hervor. Die Temperatur im Keller mit nur kleinen Fenstern waren überraschenderweise höher als im SZ im EG. Der Mangel an Fliegengittern vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern bei gleichzeitiger Notwendigkeit der Lüftung nachts führte zwangsläufig zu der einen oder anderen Belästigung durch Stechmücken. Die Duscharmaturen sind etwas heruntergekommen und könnten mal erneuert werden.

Pros: Sehr gute aber trotzdem abgelegene Lage und schön ruhig. Der Check-in und der Check-out haben sehr gut funktioniert. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
