Modern Holiday Apartment with Garden, Air Conditioning and Wi-Fi

Villa Sterlizia, which consists of 2 apartments, is situated in the middle of Elba’s lush nature, in the village of Lacona. The ground floor apartment Arancio consists of a cosy living room with a sofa bed for one person and a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom (with a double bed and a bunk bed) and one bathroom. It can accommodate 5 people and furthermore features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair (the latter two upon request). Outside there is a private sitting area with comfortable furniture and a barbecue for relaxing holidays with delicious meals and good wine in the fresh air. Here you can quickly forget the stress of everyday life and experience Italian flair first hand. Children can play in the shared garden. The highlight of the villa is its ideal location - you can reach a supermarket in just 5 minutes on foot while a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés is a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful, sandy beach of Lacona is 400 m away and can also be reached on foot.

Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linens and towels can be provided together on site for a fee of 15 € per person per stay.
