In the old harbour town Marciana Marina, known for its maritime charm, in an excellent location, there is the child-friendly Villetta Marina with space for up to 6 persons. The modern, architecturally outstanding holiday home has a living-dining area with fireplace and sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor as well as 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and balcony, one with 2 single beds) and a second bathroom on the upper floor. Further equipment includes air conditioning, heating and satellite TV. In the well-kept outdoor area, a lovingly landscaped fenced garden and a covered, furnished terrace await you - the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with the whole family! Thanks to the central location of the house, the picturesque harbour, numerous restaurants and bars as well as various shopping facilities are within walking distance. The nearest beach, Spiaggia La Fencia is only 750 m or 10 minutes’ walk away.
