The villa also features a balcony, a large, furnished garden with 2 open and covered terraces and a barbecue, and a private pool. In Santa Gertrudis, about 4 km (5 minutes by car) away, you can find the nearest supermarket and a selection of restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach is Cala LLonga.

Parties and events are not allowed. Due to the local current regulation loud music and noise are not allowed after midnight.
