It has a large living room with kitchen. A perfect space to enjoy both in summer and winter. It has a large fireplace and spacious exteriors, as well as a great swimming pool and garden. This house, with the air of a typical Andalusian cortijo, has a stately and cozy style. Located on a ground lane, next to twenty houses.
400 m from the road that connects Los Palacios with the well-known town of Utrera. Less than 4 km from Los Palacios and Villafranca. This quiet area offers comfort to visit the surrounding villages, as well as taste the great offer of local gastronomy. Great opportunity to discover the wines of the Cooperativa las Nieves wineries, red whites, fragrant mistela and sweets, and the Bodega Bustos. You can also visit the many churches, squares and palace houses, as well as its surroundings: El Pantano, Cerro de las Storks, La Laguna La Mejorada and the spectacular Paraje Natural del Brazo del Este. Excellent highway connection with the city of Sevilla.
