Great stay in the finca!
We had a fantastic week in this finca. The area is very quiet and the surroundings are rural. The house and grounds always offered shade regardless of the time of day with plenty of seating and the pool was quite large with a pleasant temperature. The host was very nice and accommodating and easy to deal with, and we have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. We can warmly recommend a visit for those looking for a quiet and pleasant holiday in Mallorca.

A beautiful villa in a secluded and peaceful location
The villa is lovely and exactly as presented. Clean, large and modern, with all of the facilities you might need for a short stay. It is very picturesque with no immediate neighbours. The owners met us upon arrival and were extremely friendly and attentive. They made us feel very welcome, shared some useful information about the local area and let us know we could contact them should we need anything during our stay. My children very much enjoyed spending time in the pool, which is well maintained by the owner. The villa is situated in a location with 5G mobile signal and the WIFI provided by the hosts is fast enough to be able to be able to work, if required. Which is useful to know. We would recommend without hesitation. We had a wonderful time during our stay.

Einfach schön !!
Genauso wünscht man sich eine Finca. Absolut zeitgemäße und tolle Einrichtung. Sehr gut gelegen... und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge gepaart mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen !! Mal schauen, wann es uns wieder nach Mallorca verschlägt, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

The Finca was wonderful, so quiet and peaceful with marvellous views. The large swimming pool was great and much used - Michael visited most days to ensure it was well looked after and was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and where to shop etc. The house was very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided, although the weather was so good that we spent most of our time outside.We made good use of the BBQ. Sineu was a good central location for visiting the rest of the Island. We were fortunate to be there for the Annual Fiesta and cycle race and also the fantastic Wednesday markets. We would be happy to recommend it to our friends and hope we will return in the not too distant future.

A Haven of Tranquility
Thank you Michael & Steffi for allowing us to share in the peace and quiet of ‘Sa Bastida’ Excellent hosts who were there to meet us at Sineu station and guide us the finca. Sineu is a great place to be based to be able to quickly access the whole of the island The finca is well-equipped and beautifully furnished and I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending it as a fabulous place to relax and unwind. Extremely spacious, private and with an excellent pool.

Traumhafter Urlaub im faszinierenden Sineu
Im letzten Herbst habe ich eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Mein Bruder ist 30 geworden und deshalb sind wir mit unseren Eltern und jeweiligen Partnern in den Urlaub gefahren. Mit unserem Mietwagen hatten wir zwar die Möglichkeit, die gesamte Insel zu erkunden, aber es hat uns auf der Finca so gut gefallen, dass wir fast die ganze Zeit dort geblieben sind. Tagsüber haben wir die Sonne am Pool genossen und als es an einem Abend dann doch ungemütlich wurde, konnten wir zum Glück einfach den Kamin anschmeißen. Dabei hat uns der Vermieter freundlicherweise geholfen. Eventuell kommen wir nächsten Sommer noch einmal wieder.

Sehr schöne Finca
Die Finca ist sehr schön und ruhig (es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn)alles war wie in der Beschreibung.Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Kinder,4 Erwachsene)2 Wochen dort.Die Ausstattung ist gut und ausreichend für mehr als 8 Personen.Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist Super,sofort zur Stelle wenn es Probleme gab.Nochmals vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe als wir einen Arzt benötigten,und die vielen guten Tips für Essen und Schnorcheln.die Finca kann man uneingeschränkt weiterenpfelen Grüße aus dem Saarland

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf dieser tollen Finca verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Räume sind groß und hell. Sie hat einen wundervollen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, Teller und Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden. Kurz gesagt die Finca hält was sie versprechen. Herr Dr. Maaass gab uns gute Tipps und war immer gleich zur Stelle bei Problemen. Wir können diese Finca mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die sehr gute Betreuung

Mallorca mittendrin - traumhaft schön
Auch wir können uns den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum und die Fotos halten , was sie versprechen. Von den bislang von uns gemieteten Fincas ist diese hier die schönste und hochwertigste. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Die Räume sind lichtdurchflutet, die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und gut, der Blick ins Umland fantastisch - ebenso wie die schönen Sonnenuntergänge (Sonne den ganzen Tag bis zum Untergang). Wir haben die Ruhe und den Pool sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr umsichtig, sympathisch und steht bei Fragen und Wünschen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sineu ist ein Ort mit sehr viel Charme, nur 5 Autominuten entfernt und man kann hier abends sehr nett essen gehen – sofern man es schafft, sich von der Finca zu entfernen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Traumfinca mit Osterhase
Tolle, superschön und ruhig gelegene Finca mit allem Komfort. Wir, zwei Erwachsene und drei Mädels verbrachten eine Woche Osterferien in der Finca, obwohl wir erst spät ( gegen 22.00Uhr ) am Ostersonntag ankamen war der Vermieter pünktlich zur Stelle und sehr nett. Auf allen unseren Betten hatte der "Osterhase" sogar kleine Süßigkeiten versteckt - ganz lieb! Auch der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und sogar ein Fläschen Wein stand bereit - wir mußten also trotz des Feiertages nicht hungern! Die Finca ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Da es noch recht frisch war, freuten wir uns über die funktionstüchtige Heizung und den kuscheligen Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Die Finca hat einen tollen Garten, ganz viele Sitzplätze rund ums Haus, einen schönen Pool, eine Außengrillstelle und WLAN (war wichtig für unsere Töchter!). Wir verbrachten eine erholsame, ruhige Woche auf der Finca und denken immer voller Sehnsucht an "unsere" Finca, wenn das Thema Mallorca zur Sprache kommt. Nochmals danke an die tollen Vermieter - wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Nur zu empfehlen!

Erholung pur
Auf diesem Weg möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Herrn Dr. Maaass für diesen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub auf der Finca Sa Bastida bedanken. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca liegt landschaftlich wirklich sehr schön ruhig und ist von vielen Feldern umgeben. Diese Ruhe und der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge war wirklich toll. Der Ort Sineu ist von der Finca aus mit dem Auto in ca. 7 Minuten erreichbar. Dort findet man alles was man braucht. Alles in allem haben wir 3 wunderschöne Wochen auf der Finca verbracht und können die uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung pur
Wir waren für Pfingsten mit unseren zwei Kindern auf der Finca. Die Schwiegereltern kamen für vier Tage zu Besuch. Es war alle perfekt! Die Größe der Finca, die Sauberkeit und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Technik ( TV, Radio, Wlan, Duschen, Geschirrspüler, Pool, etc.) Alles war wertig! Die Finca liegt sehr schön und ist sehr ruhig. Zur Freude meiner Frau und der Kinder wurden wir von einer süßen Katze besucht. Herr Maas ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch und Vermieter. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Das Dorf ist sehr nett und ist mit dem Auto in 5 min zu erreichen. Palma 25 min, Strand 25 min. Nach dem Urlaub waren wir sehr sehr entspannt! Je nach Jahreszeit sollte man Insektenschutz mitnehmen. Viel Spaß Ihnen und gute Erholung auf dieser schönen Finca.

HABEN UNS SEHR WOHL GEFÜHLT
Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) waren zum ersten Mal auf einer Finca in Mallorca. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was das Herz begehrt. Es ist großzügig aufgeteilt und sehr hell. Sehr gut hat uns auch der Aussenbereich gefallen, der einen gepflegten Eindruck macht. Auch der Pool ist toll, auch wenns noch zu kalt war, Ihn zu nutzen. Dafü wars an den Abenden am Kamin sehr gemütlich. Die Finca liegt vollkommen ruhig und bietet einen tollen Ausblick bis ins Gebirge. Das nächste Dorf ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet alle Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen . Auch gibt es jede Menge Restaurants in Sineu. Wir kommen im Oktober wieder. Vielen Dank an die netten Besitzer, die uns immer zur Verfügung gestanden haben, wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

Besser gehts nicht
Ist bereits das zweite Objekt dass wir in diesem Jahr ueber diesen Vermieter gebucht haben und haben uns primaer auf die guten Bewertungen verlassen - eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Die Finca entspricht den hoechsten Standards und der Vermieter gibt bereitwillig Auskunft zu allen Fakten und Daten rund ums Haus und die Gegend. Wir koennen wirklich alles empfehlen, vom Blick ueber die ruhige Lage, die tolle Anlageund der Pool den unsere Kinder eigentlich garnicht mehr verlassen wollten. Haben jetzt schon fuer das naechste Jahr gebucht!
