Happy Cape 4 - Luxurious Villa in the Yacht Club Area

This holiday villa is new addition to our website and is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, in one of the most exclusive areas, the Yacht Club.
With a living space of about 200 sqm. it offers our guests a total of 3 bedrooms (2x king size & 1x queen size), each with a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has in addition to the shower also a bathtub.
A completely new and fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances, leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a coffee machine, a Keurig machine is also available.
The bright and modern furnished living room offers a huge 65-inch TV. Various board games, as well as children's toys and a highchair for children are at your disposal. For the cocktail fans among the guests, this house has its own house bar with lots of glass and mirrored surfaces.
The large pool area offers a cozy seating area with 6 comfortable armchairs. For relaxing hours of sunshine there are of course 4 sun loungers available. You can enjoy the great view of the canal from the boat dock and find plenty of shade under the Tiki Hut. The large swimming pool with whirlpool/SPA can be heated with solar or electric.
Direct access to the river without lock.
For sufficient exercise during your holiday we have 6 bicycles at your disposal.

On site you will be looked after by our German and English speaking property management. Pets are not allowed in the Villa.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
