This quietly situated holiday apartment is on the first floor of a historical building in the old town of Domaso.

Outside there is a balcony affording a lovely view of the big park of a nearby villa, the surrounding mountains and partially of the lake. There is a little, prettily planted interior courtyard shared with the other house residents, for example for grilling. There are public, free parking spaces about 50 metres from the apartment and private parking spaces can be rented about 200 metres away. You can also rent a garage about 800 metres from the apartment.

The apartment of around 60m² can accommodate up to six people. The living room has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm), a dining table, a fireplace (not usable) and satellite TV. It provides access to the open cooking niche, equipped with a gas stove, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There are also two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom provides a bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine. The apartment has heating throughout, but no air conditioning. Free wireless Internet access is available.

You can get to the lakeside promenade within about a minute. The nearest beach and the river are about five minutes away. There are shopping facilities about 300 metres from the apartment. You can enjoy various water sports in Domaso and hire boats. You can go on trips into the mountains, either independently or guided. There are many places to discover, e.g. lakeside towns such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo, towns in Lombardy such as Milan, Como, Bergamo and nearby towns in Switzerland such as Lugano, Locarno etc. It is also worth visiting Veltlin famous for its wines and the cantons of Ticino and Graubünden with famous towns such as St. Moritz.
