This 50 m² holiday home sits is a quiet location in Breña Alta on eastern La Palma, about two kilometers from the sandy beach.

Enjoy the beautiful community pool in the community garden. Or enjoy reading, the views or a glass of wine on the 57 m², partially covered patio. Parking is available.

The house is beautifully furnished and offers one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Two additional guests can be accommodated in the living room: one on a 90 x 200 cm sofa bed, the other on a 90 x 200 cm extra bed, which can be supplied upon request. The kitchen is furnished with all necessary appliances for cooking and baking, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom offers a shower, a hair dryer, a sink and a toilet.

Due to its convenient location, you can explore the entire island easily by car or public transport. The house is about a ten minute drive from the capitol St Cruz de La Palma. It is 800 meters from a grocery store and a restaurant.

The rural atmosphere and the views of the ocean and the mountains will let you enjoy a wonderful holiday. Wi-Fi, broadband and satellite television are available and included in the rental price.
