The recently refurbished 75sqm apartment is situated on the third floor (with elevator access) of a five-story building and features two bedrooms—one double and one twin—alongside a spacious living room with a balcony that invites relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities add to the comfort of your stay. Amenities are plentiful and include modern conveniences such as a TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer, microwave oven, ventilated electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, American coffee maker/filter, electric broom, plus heating and air conditioning systems.

The holiday accommodation is suitable for guests seeking peace and quiet and privacy in a residential complex, who want to enjoy independence. Also, our guests appreciate to have their breakfast on the balcony (access from the living room) with a view on the garden.

You can share use of a garden outside. There are public parking spaces in front of the residential complex.

The apartment is a few minutesfrom the Cinecittà film studios, on foot or three stops with metro A, and just a block from the historical Parco degli Acquedotti, part of the Parco del’Appia Antica. Just 200 metres from the house there are the vibrant street Via Tuscolana, the shopping street Via del Cinema, and the Lucio Sesto metro station, with connections in just a few minutes to the sights in Rome. The district is rich in old history and owing to the proximity to the Ciampino military airport there are also modern trains.
