This modern and comfortable holiday complex was opened in June 2011. It affords a breathtaking view and is ideal for a fun and relaxing holiday, nestled into the beautiful landscape of Lake Como. The accommodation is in Vercana, a pretty village just a few steps from the lake. This special location allows holiday-makers to admire the lake in all its beauty.
The residential complex is surrounded by abundant greenery and is framed by the nearby hills. It has a beautiful infinity pool, from which you can enjoy this beautiful view. The total of eight apartments are suitable for those who love peace and quiet, nature and sport, whilst still enjoying a high level of comfort. The materials used predominantly such as weatherproof construction steel, stone and wood have resulted in an archectural ensemble that brings together high levels of residential comfort and natural construction harmoniously.
The holiday town of Vercana is also a good starting point for a wide range of leisure activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, windsurfing or sailing.
The Residence Il Giardino Di Lory with its eight apartments, is the ideal place to relax and have fun in the splendid surroundings of Lake Como. Situated in Vercana a beautiful village about 2 km from the lake, enjoy a privileged position from where it is possible to admire the whole splendor and hidden charm of the lake.
The apartment has a sunny terrace overlooking the garden and the pool.
The swimming pool is surrounded by the solarium area, equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
The garden and the playground for the little ones is near the apartment.
An equipped barbeque area and a laundry room are available.
The parking is located 100 meters from the apartment; there is one place available in the private car park, otherwise there is the possibility to use the adjacent public car park.
To reach the residence it is necessary to take a cobbled pedestrian street, not recommended for people with walking problems.
The apartment is located on the first floor and spread over two levels. The ground floor is the daytime area, consisting of a light living room with an open kitchen and dining space, overlooking a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. On the same floor is the first of the four bedrooms of the apartment with bathroom with shower. There are three other tastefully appointed guest rooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Their décor is stylish, modern and elegant and adorned with contemporary paintings. The apartment can accommodate up to seven people. In each of the three bedrooms there is a double bed and a large wardrobe. In case of extra guests, take the advantage of the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with various useful kitchen appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric juicer, toaster and kettle), a washing machine and an iron. It also has satellite TV, a DVD player and free wireless Internet access.
The residence is located in Vercana, two kilometers from Domaso and the lake.
The center can be reached by foot in five minutes. There you can find two bars, two minimarkets, equipped with everything you need, a tobacconist, a restaurant-pizzeria and an agritourism.
You may decide to spend a pleasant afternoon in the sun, which surrounds the residence, or, for those who love hiking or mountain biking, there are numerous possibilities for excursions that wind through the surrounding mountains while also providing breaks in shelters operated by CAI. In a few minutes you can reach the neighboring villages where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake or, for fans, engage in sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing or sailing. The neighboring towns of Domaso and Gravedona, in addition to the churches and corners full of history and culture, offer a variety of restaurants where you can taste the traditional typical dishes of the area, and many shops.
