This detached holiday house is situated between the Hanseatic town Stralsund and the town Barth by the Barther Bodden that forms the gateway to the Fischland Darß peninsula and the Baltic Sea town Zingst. The central location makes it possible to explore all the places of tourist interest in the area and the Zingst/Darß sandy beaches about 20km away or Stralsund 19km away. The house was completely modernized at the beginning of 2017 and charmingly furnished.
The living and dining room opens onto a large terrace with garden furniture and an awning, as well as a fully enclosed garden on a 1700m² site, where you can relax. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. Private car parking spaces are available on site. Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation provides around 105m² of living space for a maximum of four people. The living and dining room has a comfortable sofa suite, a coffee table, satellite TV, a stereo system with a CD player and radio, as well as a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two big bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180cm wide) and a sitting corner. The owner can provide a cot free of charge. All the rooms in the house have heating. There is no Internet connection.
There is a three-star hotel/restaurant about 500 metres away from the house, which is to be recommended. Shopping facilities can be found in Velgast about 2.5km away, with a supermarket with meat and bakery items, as well as a post office. The town Barth has a family shopping centre, the Stolz department store, a DIY store and many other everyday shops. The town Barth by the Barther Bodden is just 9.5km away. The Rostock-Stralsund railway runs about 2.5km away from Karnin and can be accessed via the ICE train station Velgast 2.5km away. There are plenty of parking spaces at the train station.
For occupancy with two people, you can use one bedroom with a double bed and sitting corner, from three people you can use two bedrooms each with a double bed and a sitting corner.
