Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.

Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and does not have its own balcony or terrace. On the 3rd floor of Casa Rosamar there is a roof terrace that is available to all guests of the house. From there you can see over the neighboring houses the Orototava Valley and the Teide on one side and the sea and Puerto de la Cruz on the other.
