This holiday house is a semi-detached house within a small holiday park with nine houses in Julianadorp in northern Holland, right by the North Sea. Here you can find a fabulous sandy beach with a wide chain of dunes and colourful flower fields.

Outside a large, beautiful and well-tended garden awaits you with a terrace and garden furniture. It is especially quiet and private here, ideal for relaxing. There is a charcoal grill for sociable grill evenings. The house does not have its own parking spaces, but there is a public car park 30 metres away where you can park free of charge. Pets are welcome.

With around 75m² of living space, this modern accommodation with new furnishing is suitable for a maximum of five people. The living and dining room has a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV with a DVD player, and a generous dining table with six chairs. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a filter/Senseo coffee machine. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double box spring bed (160cm wide) and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, of which one can be folded out (supplementary bed). Please bring your own bed linen, as it is not provided. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The owner can provide a junior bed/cot, a highchair and board games for all ages free of charge. You can also use a washing machine free of charge. All the rooms have free Wi-Fi and heating.

There are some supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Vomar (also open on Sunday) nearby, as well as VVV, a swimming pool and many restaurants. The beach and the sea are just 800 metres away.
