The house is in Moscenicka Draga at the entrance to the village, on the road between Opatija and Pula. Moscenicka Draga is a little fishing village in Kvarner Bay with about 1700 inhabitants.

A total of five holiday apartments are available, each affording a great view of the sea. The amenities include air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and use of a washing machine. Parking spaces are available.

It consists of a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, bathroom with bath, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, dining and a living room. In the living room there are extra beds for three persons (double stretch sofa and stretch armchair). Living room and dining room consists of a single space, while the kitchen area is separated. It is equipped with a washing machine.

There is a large terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a grill for relaxing.
