Great apartment

The apartment within the Golfresidence are very convenient; it has a great access to the cross country skiing and the local bus to the different ski areas. The Golfresidence also offers a swimming pool and a play room for Kids. The apartment itself is very well equipped and we are coming every year for ski holidays.

Downtown Davos

We stayed at the property during our ski holidays. The apartment is 5min from the next bus station and very conveniently located. Supermarket, wellness, restaurants are just around the corner. If we come back to Davos, we will stay again there.

Zentrale Lage

Die Golfresidenz besticht vor allem durch ihre zentrale Lage zwischen Davos Dorf und Platz. Wenige Meter bis zur Stadtbushaltestelle und von dort alle 7-10 Minuten zu den Bergbahnen und Bahnstationen. Bahn und Bus sind dank der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar, für die Bergbahnen gibt es Ermäßigunen. Das Gebäude ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und besitzt sogar ein kleines Hallenbad. Eine Erdgeschosswohnung wurde gerade renoviert, was sich tagsüber mit gelegentlichen Bohr- und Hämmergeräuschen bemerkbar machte. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, allerdings auch recht vollgestellt, so dass es ein wenig am Stauraum für einen längeren Aufenthalt mangelt. Für zwei Personen und eine Woche aber ausreichend.

Perfekte Unterkunft fuer einen perfekten Skiurlaub. Die Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen, tolle Lage, sehr ruhig und tolle Ausstattung. Alle waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. 10/10 Punkten

Erholsame Skiferien

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage: 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Loipenzentrum, 2 Bushaltestellen entfernt von der Parsennbahn, Supermärkte fußläufig. Wir haben das Auto die ganze Zeit nicht gebraucht. Die Wohnung punktet mit 2 schönen Sonnenbalkonen und einem kleinen Schwimmbad.

Super Skiferien in einer gemütlichen Wohnung.

tolle Lage

wir haben die Lage sehr genossen! die Läden und der öV sind zu Fuss einfach erreichbar! die Ausstattung war mehr als gut! aber leider konnten wir in diesen Betten kaum schlafen...so schade!

Ferienwohnung Golfresidenz

Kleine charmante Wohnung mit Blick in die Berge. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kontakt durch Vermieter und Hausabwart vor Ort. Wohnung ist mit allem was man für einen gemütliche Fondue, Raclette Abend, allg. gut ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts. Auch genossen haben wir nach dem Skitag die Sauna zu benutzen und ein paar Runden im Pool zu drehen. Bergbahnen in 5 min per Bus/Auto gut erreichbar.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben 16 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Es ist eine wirklich gemütliche, gepflegte Wohnung in einer freundlichen Anlage und sehr praktisch gelegen. Auch zu viert konnte man sich gut in der Wohnung aufhalten durch das ausklappbare Sofa im Wohn-/Essbereich. Alles in allem also alles wunderbar – so dass wir wieder kommen würden.

Heimelige Wohnung mit schönen Balkonen

Schöne, kleinere Wohnung in gepflegter Residenz. Nettes Hauswartpaar. Sauberer Aufenthaltsraum und Hallenbad. Das Baden würde viel mehr Spass machen, wenn es zwei Grad wärmer wäre. Das Fitnesscenter durften wir wider Erwarten nicht benützen, weil es nur den Eigentümer vorbehalten ist. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Gemütliche Wohnung an toller Lage

Hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung, welche sehr praktisch ist, sowohl drinnen wie die Lage, Nähe zuBus, Langlauf Zentrum, Bäcker für frisches Brot zum Frühstück, Migros zum Einkaufen. Jederzeit wieder!

Traumurlaub in sonniger, schöner Wohnung

Schön eingerichtete, sonnige Wohnung in optimaler Lage genau zwischen Davos Dorf und Platz. Wir haben hier eine traumhafte Woche verbringen können und werden sich wiederkommen. Der Ablauf im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort gesaltete sich sehr unkompliziert dank der netten Vermieter.

In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen

Lage super zwischen Talstrasse und Promenade. Loipen in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wohnung schön warm (Fussbodenheizung) und sonnig. Ausblick in Richtung Dischmatal. Komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an Nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben: wirklich geschmackvoll möbiliert, was in vielen Ferienwohnungen eher nicht der Fall ist. Jede Menge Geschäfte fussläufig zu erreichen, auch die neue Migros an der Promenade mit dem angeschlossenen Selbstbedienungsrestaurant (sehr empfehlenswert). Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf eine Woche Aufenthalt Ende Februar 2018

gut ausgestattete, saubere, gut gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben jetzt schon mehrfach Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung gemacht und fühlen uns jedes mal sehr wohl! Sie ist ruhig, aber zentral gelegen - Davos Dorf und Platz sowie die Berglifte sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Einen Supermarkt gibt es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft des Hauses, sodass man selbst für größere Einkäufe nicht mit dem Auto fahren muss. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Wäsche und Küchengeräte sind ausreichend vorhanden. Sogar das Internet konnten wir kostenlos benutzen. Im Haus gibt es eine Sauna und ein sauberes Schwimmbad, das Tag und Nacht geöffnet ist. Die beiden Balkone sind groß und werden den ganzen Tag von der Sonne beschienen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter bietet Davos viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (zu beiden Jahreszeiten waren wir schon da). Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt auf unsere nächsten Ferien dort!
