The home was prettier in person than it was online. It was equipped with everything to help make our stay enjoyable. The backyard with a pool was like a park We would stay here again if in the Phoenix area It was also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and plenty of shopping Not to mention numerous trails

Wonderful family vacation!
The house is clean and excellent for a family. The owner added extra touches to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, and the pool was used daily during the sun and rain. Great communication with the owner. We've been going to Arizona for over 20 years for baseball, and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

This property has everything. The kitchen is well appointed, game area was fun, the backyard and pool area is well kept and large enough to enjoy the fire pit, dining area. The house is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

My family and I booked this gem for a 3 day stay while visiting family. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay from the pool to the fire pit. Centrally located and only a 10 minute drive to downtown. This rental had everything going for it.

Wonderful weekend stay!
We rented this property for a guys weekend trip to NASCAR. The house was wonderful proximity to the airport and great access to all amenities! There was a Safeway within walking distance which was very handy and every amenity you could need within a 5 minute drive. The house was clean, well stocked and maintained well. The pictures are accurate of the size and set up of the home. The beautiful kitchen had everything needed for cooking and serving. The backyard was truly an oasis and a highlight of our stay, beautifully landscaped and maintained, fresh fruit on the trees, pool was stunning and the perfect temperature and the lounge chairs and BBQ area were resort like! Jeff was wonderful to deal with and let us add another night with ease. All the checkin & house information was straight forward and easy to follow. There was no hiccups while staying there although I’m sure Jeff would have been quick to assist if so. The great access the house has to so many amenities does result in a little bit of a louder location traffic wise. Just a consideration if you’re travelling with very young children or used to a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a perfect stay Jeff!

Great indoor and outdoor space!
Our family of 5 really enjoyed this house. It had plenty of space for all of us and all the kids got their own rooms! They love that! 😊 The darts, pool table and shuffle board table were used everyday and so nice to have when you need a break from the heat. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful as well. Plus plenty of space for us all in the living room to watch movies at night. A great stay!

Beautiful backyard and pool area!
Our family loved the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool. The home was very roomy and well stocked and the location was perfect to many restaurants and shopping. Our gang especially loved the game room with pool table, darts and shuffle board table. The host was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great house!
This house is fantastic! It is clean, the beds are comfortable and it is well stocked. I highly recommend it. We have rented several places in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and this one is the best. The only negative is you hear a lot of street noise if you are in the front bedroom. The backyard and pool area is awesome. We will rent this house again!

Relaxing family vacation!
Fantastic home and location for our family of 5. The backyard is absolutely amazing and very private despite being in a busy area. The home was even more room than we anticipated and it was well stocked with basic needs. The kids did not want to leave the pool and the fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evening once the kids were in bed. We will be back!

We had a family reunion in Phoenix. Six family members stayed at this house. We had a couple of get togethers with guests and had plenty of room. The heated pool was fabulous. Outdoor fire pit. Large gas grill. There is a shuffle board table, pool table and dart board. Perfect for families. A powder room would be a great addition.

Wonderful place to stay!
Our family loves this place! This is the second time staying at Jeff's property and we will be reserving it again next year (and years to come) for our annual family vacation to Spring Training. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, and there's many things to do. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and the pool is a big hit with the grandkids. Close to airport and ballparks. Our family LOVED this property! The house was just as described, clean, well furbished and ideal for an Arizona getaway. The backyard is AMAZING and the heated pool was perfect for our 10 year old. The outdoor fire pit was the perfect way to start off the evening as well. Great communication with the property owner and our stay couldn’t have gone better. Try Bobby Q BBQ (down the street) for awesome food/BBQ! Thanks!!!

House was great. Kids had a blast in the heated pool and it was extremely comfortable for all of us. There was some road noise but once inside you couldn't really hear it. Fair trade for being close to everything.

Home away from home!
Highly recommend this listing for a large group or family gathering. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and one infant, with room to spare. The outdoor amenities are top-notch; we used the fire pit every evening and enjoyed the pool, even in December. Jeff responded quickly to every request - thank you!

We have lived most of our lives in alaska and finally purchased our own place in the sun. Unfortunately for us, and lucky for you, we still have kids in school and cannot spend as much time in the desert as we would like. We are working hard at furnishing our vacation home the way we want it and with the creature comforts that we seek when vacationing ourselves. Right now it is a work in progress but we are well on our way and look forward to sharing this great home with you.

Why they chose this property

We were staying down the street from this house and noticed it was for sale. We weren't really in the market but looked into the backyard while on a walk one day and it blew us away. We absolutely love the location, walking distance to dynamite restaraunts, fun bars, and THE GELATTO SPOT! You add great shopping, golfing, hiking, etc and only 15 minutes from the airport and we had to have it.

The pebbletech pool is gorgeous and is 11' deep so it stays cool and refreshing in the summer. We just converted it to saltwater and installed a heater so we can fully enjoy it year round. We also added a gas fire pit to gather around in the evening.

What makes this property unique

We are 'foodies' and love to cook, entertain and enjoy discovering good places to eat. We have a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods 2 1/2 miles away and we are about a mile from AJ's (Amazing wine selection and butcher shop). We also have some excellent restaraunts within walking distance (The Collins & Tomasso's) and many more within a couple mile radius (Chelsea's Kitchen, Postino, LGO, Beckett's Table, True foods) and the list goes on and on.
