This carefully restored stone villa from the 19th century is in the cosy little village of Blazucici near Zminj on the sunny Istrian peninsula. It is surrounded by green nature and you can enjoy relaxing holidays in absolute privacy on the fully fenced site. The living room opens onto the 500m² fenced garden area with a private 3 x 6-metre pool, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. Children can play to their heart’s content in the play area with a swing, while parents have a go at table football. The traditional stone grill next to the 16m² roofed terrace invites you to spend long evenings together outdoors. The bicycles in the separate shed next to the house are available for use. A car is recommended during your stay. There are secure parking spaces right behind the driveway in front of the house.

It is on two floors totalling 115m², with a generous living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a big daylight bathroom and a guest toilet. The ground floor has an air-conditioned (warm/cool) living room with a comfortable leather sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV with a USB port, a DVD player, and a dining table with six chairs. The wrought-iron, open fireplace exudes a homely atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and even washing machine. There is a convenient separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Wide stone stairs lead to the upper floor with bedrooms and the bathroom. The wooden ceiling beams on this floor enhance the homely country house atmosphere in all the rooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and a single bed measuring 90 x 190cm, as well as bedside tables with reading lamps and antique cupboards made of solid wood, with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The very modern bathroom flooded with daylight comprises a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. One of the bedrooms also has a cot.

Your stone villa is surrounded by a green, hilly landscape. Your nearest neighbour is a sheep farm, whose owner is happy to provide you with honey from his own beehive. Hikers and bikers will enjoy this area. It is about 4km to the centre of Zminj with a big supermarket and smaller local shops, colourful markets, a bakery, two pizzerias and a restaurant, a bank and a post office. The Feštinsko Kraljevstvo caves about 11km away and the harbour town of Rovinj nearby make interesting day trips.
