Nettes Ferienhaus, ideal für 2
Nettes kleines Ferienhaus. Ruhige Lage in einer überwiegend mit Reihenhäusern und kleineren Sommerhäuschen bebauten Randlage nahe am Strand und zu den Dünen von Egmond aan Zee. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Im EG des Häuschens befindet sich ein gemütliches Wohn-Esszimmer, eine kleine Küche (leider ohne Backofen, ansonsten hat es alles was man braucht), ein sehr kleines WC mit Dusche, aber ohne Waschbecken. Kleiner Flur im Eingangsbereich. Im OG gibt es ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zusätzlichem Babybett sowie im offenen Treppenbereich eine kleine Schlafnische unter der Dachschräge mit 2 Betten sowie ein Handwaschbecken. Ein klassisches Badezimmer gibt es nicht. Die Treppe ins OG ist sehr schmal und steil. Mit kleinen Kindern hätte ich trotz Treppenschutzgitter hier ein mulmiges Gefühl. Alles in allem zweckdienliches, sauberes, nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, ideal für zwei Personen. Wir konnten die Garage der Vermieter benutzen. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind im Sommer sowie an Wochenenden auch im Winter gebührenpflichtig. Uns hat es hier gut gefallen, die Lage ist auch gut geeignet für Ausflüge, zB. nach Amsterdam (Zug), Rotterdam oder auf die Insel Texel.

Wir kommen wieder!
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und für einen Ferienaufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Die kleine Terrasse ist eine Mini-Oase und und bei schönem Wetter wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer. Auch mit der steilen Treppe ins Obergeschoss sind wir gut zurechtgekommen. Zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum sind es nur wenige Laufminuten. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist unkompliziert, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm. Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt kompakt, aber sie hat alles, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Wir komen wieder.
