In winter the location of the house is unique, just 150 metres below the Hochwurzen cable car station, next to the ski piste, with direct access to the skiing arena linking four mountains. Leave your car parked and put your skis on right at the house.

In summer the house is ideally located as a starting point for many hikes in the Dachstein-Tauern region. You can take a deep breath of fragrant mountain air at an altitude of 1100 metres and enjoy a wonderful view of the Schladminger Tauern.

The Hochwurzen apartment with around 45m² of living space was completely renovated in 2012. The apartment provides a double bedroom with a shower and WC and a sofa bed, and a living room with a double bed, a sitting area and a kitchen unit. There is a flatscreen TV with cable channels.
