Privately owned Studio on 1st Floor with Private Balcony, King Bed, Located in beautiful 19-acre Lakeside resort in South Lake Tahoe, Full size appliances, Fast Wifi. Resort includes Pools, Jacuzzis, Sauna, Fitness Room, Fire pits, Private Beach & Pier.

You can rent our beautifully remodeled studio condo in the Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe at a fraction of the regular hotel cost.

This is a deluxe studio, which is fully remodelled with a built-in thermostat controled fireplace and all the trimmings you could want. It includes a full kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, smoothtop range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 42 inch TV above the fireplace, full bath/shower and a large, shaded lanai.

This unit has a quiet and private lanai with a view looking towards the trees and townhomes. The unit is located in the main lodge on the 1st floor, with easy access to the Laundry room.

The Resort is ideally located on the lake, and close to everything. A short walk down the beach brings you to the popular "Tahoe Queen" ferry boat cruise, restaurants, galleries, bars and shops. You can also rent kayaks and other items right at the Resort on the beach.

The Resort's pier is one of our favorite ammenities. The beautiful boardwalk pier includes benches, providing a perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the lake with its crystal clear water.

Plus you're just a short distance from the casinos, movie theaters, 2 grocery stores, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The location is perfect!

The Lakeland Village resort sits on 19 acres on the lake, and is lush with pine trees and wide beaches. It offers 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis, dry sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, chairs and tables by the lake, a pier, a clubhouse, and much more.

You can't beat the accomodations, location and amenities of this beautiful resort!

And Parking is Free.

Great location and lovely space

Great location in South Lake Tahoe, nice studio condo, very convenient garage and first floor access. I stayed with my son, and my two grandchildren, ages 11 and 14 visited us for a few nice dinners. The fireplace is lovely, the bedding was comfortable, and the full kitchen made it really easy for us to store food and cook meals.

Great little place in South Lake Tahoe

This is my second time staying here and it was just as perfect as my first time a few years back. The location is walking distance from numerous different eateries and beautiful walks along the lake. Other than taking Ubers on NYE night we never had to drive. My truck stayed parked for 3 days in the same spot. Mark checked in when we got here to make sure everything was ok which was a nice touch and everything was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Nice spot for a weekend getaway

We had a great weekend! A very nice apartment with access to a beautiful stretch of beach. We also loved the hot tub. Very uncrowded and good location for nearby hikes and strolls.

“Fall” in love with South Lake Tahoe

It was our first trip to South Lake Tahoe and Lakeland Village. The condominium we rented exceeded our expectations, and the owner Mark was did an excellent job communicating with us from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Condominium was well stocked with all everyday essentials.

South Lake Tahoe

Super clean five minutes walk through the complex to get to the lake . Wear they have gas fire pits that turn on with a switch. Close to everything. The condo is very clean and put together the owner is obviously picky about the maintenance of the place. Very quiet as well.

Great Anniversary Stay

Very clean and great location! Conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We didn't use the beach as it was rather crowded but that wasn't our main reason for visiting Lake Tahoe. The weather was unusually warm for Tahoe but the A/C unit had no problem keeping the space comfortable. Cupboards were well supplied with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Place

This property is located on the first floor so you can expect to hear people walking on the floor above you. The property itself was awesome it had a king size bed with a standard size refrigerator. And I will say that fridge worked great. The property was very clean and organized. You have a short walk to a nice beach on Lake Tahoe. I personally would definitely recommend this property if you were considering a stay at Lakeland Village. I would definitely stay there again, and I hope it will be available next year for the golf tournament

Economic getaway in good location

We enjoyed staying here. It was quick access to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. If there were any knocks it would be the bed is just ok and the coffee makers sucks but that’s it. Still 5-stars given the pricing.

Great location in South Lake Tahoe

The property was very close to the Safeway, restaurants, shopping, and casino. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach area and neighborhood pool/jacuzzi. The fire pits were great in the evening by the pool! It was also a huge bonus to have free parking with the parking pass since parking seems to be a premium around town. The unit was exactly as described and very clean.

Beautiful Place & Location

This beautiful condo was the perfect week long getaway for my husband and I. Centrally located, quiet, wonderful amenities with an absolutely breathtaking view from the beach/pier/pool, and within walking /short driving distance to all we wanted to do. The fireplace was cozy, and the touches were nice to make this condo relaxing. The owner was wonderful with communication and ensuring our stay was perfect. We will be back!

Hallway stunk. construction outside. Truck covered with dust and dirt from construction. Mold remediation 2 doors down. Consruction noise. If i had known there would be construction inside and out i would have styed somewhere else.

What a gem of a place!

I had the best vacation possible. This place was absolutely perfect in every way. I loved the view, the fireplace which also works as a heater, the kitchen with all the appliances, dishware, pots and pans. So many places to eat and shop in walking distance. Mark went above and beyond and was easily accessable through phone and email the entire stay. I'm going to make this a yearly stay at Mark's place. I absolutely loved it!

The propert is ok. The hall and room had a strong cigarette odor. It was so bad, my sinuses swelled up and we had to leave a night early. Im not sure if was coming from an old existing odor in our room or from the smoker next door. Either way, intolerable. We lost $300, and faced a 3 hour drive at 9pm. Disappointed. The room was well appointed and clean otherwise.

Wild Fires

The location of this Condominium is very good. Best beach in South Tahoe. The room was good, but the bed is horrible and must be replaced. For that reason, until a new bed is in place, I cannot reccomend this unit. Left a day early due to Air Quality from the Mosquito fire west of South Lake Tahoe.

Great Location and Comfy Room. Wifi was a fail

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Both pools were in great shape. We loved being able to walk out on the beach and pier and watch great sunsets. The location was perfect for us as we had to get to State line and Tahoe Community College throughout the weekend. There are many close-by restaurants and shopping easily in walking distance. We also appreciated the front lobby always had coffee, ice water and lemonade for the quick beverage stop. A definite downside for the property is the internet service. It was non-useable throughout our stay with the exception of some small 15 minute windows between 6 - 7am. Both the service provider and the front desk were not equipped to help in any meaningful way when we called. I believe it boiled down to too many people using the Wifi access points when we were trying to access during the evenings to check in. This is not the owners fault, it's just something to be aware of. Since our phones have Verizon service (which is also very hit or miss on the property) we usually had to venture out to some other locations like Starbucks or Tahoe Community College to find any usable service. Also, traffic was a little bit of a challenge during the day as they were doing construction currently on South Lake Tahoe Blvd. for drainage. Cars were sometimes blocking the entrances / exits for the property. Hopefully this is temporary. All in all, we liked our stay and would recommend to friends if they were not worried about being online during their stay.

Everything we needed!

Perfect room for a couples get away! Full kitchen was great to have when we wanted to eat in. Pool and beach are within walking distance. Nice to have a free parking spot and location was great!
