The house is on three floors. The ground floor of around 30m² consists of a living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a sitting corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for six people. The first floor has a bedroom with a balcony and window, a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. There is a bathroom and WC next to it with a shower and a washbasin. The second floor has another bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed and dressers, and a very big balcony with a sea view and a view of the mountainous landscape. The third floor provides a third bedroom with a balcony and a window, a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. Next to it there is the second bathroom/WC with a shower and a washbasin. The three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

To prevent flies, bugs, mosquitoes or even snakes from getting in, all the insect screens in the windows and doors should be kept shut. Please throw toilet paper in the waste basket to avoid blocking the toilet. There are bins for organic waste on site next the house. The tap water in the region is not suitable for drinking. There is a herb and vegetable garden.

The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol and six garden loungers. The site is fenced and therefore suitable for children and pets. Please note that the holiday house can only be accessed along a gravel path about 10 metres long. This gravel path is also used by the owner, which lives on the neighboring property. The fence surrounds this holiday home together with the neighboring land of the landlady, as a unit. Because the landlady also has two small dogs, only small dogs are allowed. There are many free-range cats in the area. Free Internet access is available. There are two travel beds for little children in the house. So the house is suitable for six adults and two toddlers up to four years.

The house is 1km from the Liowrohio (Trani Amouda) beach, a three-minute drive away. There are other beaches nearby. 1km from the house there is the little Ormos Panagias harbour, offering lovely day trips to the Athos mountain. There are shopping facilities, fish markets, restaurants, bars and tavernas in the locality.

On request, the owner offers a free linen change after five days of stay. Furthermore, the landlady offers babysitting and she would also cook for you, both for a fee and on an individual basis.
