This charmant villa is on the ground floor of a historic building, which lies in the countryside on the northern coast of Sicily, near Trabia and Termini Imerese, just a five-minute walk from the sea and about 30km from Cefalù and Palermo.

The apartment provides a light and spacious living room with a dining table and a seating corner, as well as a reading room and study with a desk, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. It has a new and fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, and another bathroom with a shower. There is also a storage room. In winter the house is heated by gas heating (Consult additional services). Owing to the thick stone walls from the 19th century and modern cork insulation in the roof, the indoor temperature is pleasant in summer. As guests, you will appreciate the Mediterranean flair and the beautiful olive garden. You will feel at home here. The apartment has a light and pleasant interior and the quaint family furniture exudes comfort and cosiness – the perfect place for a holiday. The owners live on the first floor of the house. They also speak German and will be happy to assist you with any queries.

A particularly charming feature is the old interior courtyard, with stone paving and a fountain, which belongs to the apartment and where you can enjoy fresh and cool air even at the height of summer. You can also relax on the private terrace with garden furniture. The house is surrounded by a shared garden with olive trees. A parking space is provided.

The villa is just a five-mintue walk from the beach. In the small sea bay you can swim, dive and fish, and children can build sand castles. Owing to the central location and the good road and train connections, the house is an ideal starting point for a number of excursions. Nearby there are the thermal springs of Termini Imerese, the most important archaeological museum at Humera, and the old Roman remains in the public garden. Trabia has two beautiful, medieval castles by the sea and long sandy beaches. Cefalù, Palermo, Monreale are about half an hour from the villa. Other famous tourist attractions in Sicily, such as Segesta, Erice, Agrigento, Piazza Armerina and Etna are within easy access.
