For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: property with wildlife garden and trees. Patio, arbour, public car park. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 100 m, sandy beach 750 m. Children's playground 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.
4-room terraced house 82 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), fan. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. tres bien mais ...
Tres jolie maison, clim fonctionne tres bien, piscine commune au top, les chambres sont très bien. En revanche 20 minutes en voiture de Dénia, ca fait un peu loin. Et rien autour. Juste un café en face. Plage à 600m mais ce sont des petits cailloux. En voiture à 10 minutes plage de sable fin.

Jag var i Casa Roja över en vecka tillsammans med min familj. Huset är beläget nära havet och livsmedelsbutiker. Har man bil så är det lätt att ta sig till Denia och andra närliggande orter. Stranden ligger 5 min gångavstånd. Lite finare strand 15 min. Den gemensamma poolen nyttjades av barnen. I området bor fler äldre människor som inte verkar tycka om barn, tyvärr. När de lekte blev de tystade flertalet gånger trots att de bara lekte. Annars fann vi inga andra problem.

Maison conforme aux photos.spacieuse, décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée. La piscine est un plus avec les fortes chaleurs. Plage accessible à pieds. Je mets également en avant l accueil chaleureux et sympathique des personnes de l agence interhome. Bref, super séjour.

Helt grei leilighet, veldig bra uteområde. Stygg lukt på loftet noe som førte til vår sønn ikke ville bo der som planlagt. Så den delen av huset ble ubenyttet. Når vi kom var vi noe misfornøyd med renholdet og kondensvann fra aircondition dryppet på på kjøkkenbenken. Dette ble utbedret av interhome etter 2 dager å er nå i orden.

Location très bien située bord piscine et mer. Commerces et restaurants et sorties proches. Tout comme à la maison à conseiller La climatisation doit cependant être changée. Accès internet inexistant pas fibre donc pas utilisable Manque plan accès pour trouver la maison en arrière lot interne

Días de descanso.
Un bonito chalet de dos plantas. Tres dormitorios y bonitos patios delanteros y traseros. Muy bien cuidado y limpio. La urbanización silenciosa y la piscina ideal. A la playa nos íbamos un poco mas hacia Denia para encontrar arena. La nuestra era de piedritas. MUY CONTENTOS
