Family weekend
Location for transport good with some local ammenties very close by. However listed as 2 bedrooms but actually only one, with the living are doubling up as second sleeping area. Not explained clearly on the website / App and was not really suitable. It was an inconvience that could have been avoided with a more accurate descrption of the accomadation.

La posizione ottima, l'appartamento pulito e caldo corrisponde alle foto. Un po' piccolo il bagno sfornito di presa per il phon ci siamo arrangiati e inventati. Non abbiamo conosciuto l'host ma ci ha accolto una simpatica signora anziana. Gentile l'host che ci ha permesso un long checkout.

Schöne Wohnung, verkehrsgünstig gelegen
Der Aufenthalt in der großzügigen Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Der Empfang war freundlich; der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station; außerdem ist die Donau / Donauinsel / Reichsbrücke fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe; der Bäcker schräg gegenüber hat auch Sonntags geöffnet. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Schöne Wohnung mit U-Bahn Haltestelle vor der Haustür
Schöne, funktionale Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Kleine Küchenzeile reicht fürs Frühstück machen aus. Der Hausflur ist allerdings sehr runter gekommen und nicht wirklich einladend. Für eine Städtereise kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Kaum zu glauben, aber wahr
Das Inserat entspricht in allen Aussagen der Wahrheit. Das Appartement war sauber, alle Ausstattungsmerkmale waren vorhanden. Da wir mit dem Nachtzug ankamen, hatte man uns vorab die Möglichkeit angeboten, die Koffer einfach abzustellen, um die Stadt auch ma 1. Tag schon zu erkunden. Als wir dann vor Ort waren, konnten wir das Appartement direkt übernehmen. Das Haus selbst ist ein Altbau und nicht gepflegt. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und direkt an der Kreuzung Vorgartenstr./Radingerstr. Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers gehen zur Radingerstr. raus. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, könnte hier Probleme haben. Das Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster zum Hof hin. Das Bad ist sehr klein, ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr wären gut. Die Toilette ist separat mit Fenster. Die U-Bahn ist buchstäblich vor der Tür. Im Umkreis von 200 m sind Supermärkte, Drogeriemärkte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants/Bistros. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder !

Gute Verkehrsanbindung
Wir waren zufrieden, die Wohnung hat alles nötige. Doch etwas mehr Charme wäre schön und das Treppenhaus könnte in besserem Zustand sein. Eine kleine Einweisung für die Heizung wäre gut gewesen.

Enjoyable experience
Very close to Underground station. The apartment is maybe better for 2 people instead of 4. Anyway the apartment was clean and everything looked fine. Only thing to notice is that the lady who is supposed to give you the keys only speaks German, so remember to call the agency upon arrival if you only speak English

Sympathique séjour à Vienne
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vienne dans cet appartement fonctionnel et très bien placé à proximité des points d'intérêt de la ville. La proximité avec le métro était très appréciable. L'appartement très agréable et spacieux était parfait pour nous (couple avec 2 enfants) et notre chien ! Seul petit bémol sur l'équipement, quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquaient et surtout une machine à laver car nous avons du faire plusieurs km pour trouver une laverie. Mais je recommande fortement !!

Die WOHNUNG liegt an einer lautstarken Strasse! Das Treppenhaus wirkt heruntergekommen und ist sanierungsbedürftig. Das Bad ist nur eine Duschkabine mit Waschbecken. Keine Steckdose zum rasieren oder Haare föhnen. Die Kochnische befindet sich im Durchgangsflur. Wohnung war sauber.

Rückblick
Wunderbare Woche in Wien. Wir hatten E-Bikes dabei und konnten den Radweg vor dem Haus super nutzen, der uns direkt zum Donauradweg führte. Die Fahrräder standen auf dem Hof sehr gut und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr nah.

Sehr schönes Appartement
Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement, das relativ zentral liegt. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben unseren Trip nach Wien sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Städtetripp in Wien geeignet. Sie liegt sehr gut und ist mit der U1 direkt vom Hbf zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Sration ist vor der Tür und man ist selten länger als 30 Minuten unterwegs,wenn man ein Ziel in Wien erreichen möchte. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist so ausgestattet, dass man alles hat, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin war bestens und auch ein kleines Problem (zu kleines Laken für die Ausziehcouch) wurde umgehend behoben. Uns wurde ein sehr frühes Einchecken ermöglicht, da wir mit dem Nachtzug angereist sind. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schon hervorragend und unkompliziert. Wir konnten freundlicherweise schon etwas eher in die schöne Wohnung und wurden freundlich zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt angebunden an sämtliche Öffis. Alles nötige war vorhanden, es fehlte uns an nichts. So war am Ende des Urlaubes alles einfach toll! Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder herkommen! Dankeschön!

Eine Woche Wien
Schöne Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn direkt beim Haus); gute Ausstattung mit allem Notwendigen. Kaffeefilter hatten wir mitgebracht, waren aber vorhanden. Auch Teebeutel der gängigen Sorten gab es und im Wohnzimmerschrank standen Weingläser - da mundet es nochmal so gut. 4 Rollen Toilettenpapier als Reserve war auch schön (ich habe es schon einmal erlebt, dass eine Ferienwohnung mit exakt 3 Blatt Toilettenpapier ausgestattet war ...). Kleiner Minuspunkt: das Bad ist sehr klein und bei mehreren Personen können nicht alle Hand-/Duschtücher dort aufgehängt werden. Es gibt an der Badezimmertüre eine Hakenleiste, die ist jedoch im Flur. Die Hand- und Duschtücher haben die selbe Farbe, was optisch schön aussieht, in der Praxis jedoch etwas unglücklich ist. Insgesamt waren wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen bereits unseren Wienbesuch in 2024. PS: Die Kurzparkzone vor dem Haus wurde abgeschafft (Radweg), es gibt jedoch einen Bereich zum Be- und Entladen direkt neben dem Haus (Zufahrt über Radingerstrasse); es ist Zeit genug, um alles auszuladen und in die Wohnung zu bringen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Appartement mit ausgezeichneter Verkehrsanbindung. Prater ist fussläufig erreichbar. Kontakt mit Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Sehr zuvorkommend. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt. Für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Lebensmittelgeschäfte auch um die Ecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Estancia de 4 dias
El apartamento es amplio y la ubicacion perfecta para ir al centro de Viena el metro en la puerta, el Danubio muy cerca y los supermercados. Lo que falta es limpieza al entrar de las ventanas y del interior .pero...la cocina y los utensilios muy limpios, lo que no nos gusto es que nos apagaron el agua caliente a las 9 de la mañana una hora antes el dia de la salida y no pudimos ducharnos. La entrada al portal te impone por que esta en obras deberian de avisarlo. La señora que nos entrego la llave es muy mayor pero no atendio muy bien. Otra cosa fue que la nevera no estaba encencida y tardo en enfri ar hasta el dia siguiente, deberia tenerla encenderla para los huespedes y dar servicio. Corrigiendo la limpieza es recomendable
